Staff very polite through entire stay. The room was comfortable with bed, lounge chair, desk/desk chair, kitchenette and bathroom. Amenities very clean. The proximity to cruise port and airport make it worth staying alone. Very convenient. Would recommend.

The staff were wonderful, and the room had excellent amenties: equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, brand name toiletries, free airport shuttle with a helpful and friendly driver, free washers & dryers. (Stay away from the lobby food offerings, the prices are outrageously high!) The only reason I didn't give a 5 is that there was a funky damp carpet smell when I entered my room. The maid spritzed it down with fabric refresher, which I greatly appreciated, but the fact that they are prepared to do this suggests a chronic issue that definitely needs to be addressed. On the whole, I was very pleased, and I would stay there again.

The night desk worker wasnt the friendliest nor professional. When i went to the front to purchase a drink and saw her giving water (from behind the desk) for free but then goes to tell me that i had to purchase water. So i was confused to why i couldnt get a water just like the other customer. Then when i went to the front desk about my tv not working, she started to proceed tlike her english wasnt that good but her english was good when i asked about the water. Again confused. She tells me that there was no maintenance to come fix the tv but then she calls the hotel next door and they sent a maintenance guy that definitely didnt speak english bso i had to pull out my phone for google translator and he said that no tvs are working in the entire hotel then leaves. 15 mins the front desk calls the room to tell me that they have a room with a working tv (but if no tvs in the hotels are not working how is there all of a sudden a working tv) but then the issue was that she room wasnt handicap accessible.(which i have a prosthetic so i need that handicap shower) she tells me "well you have qorking tv at least In a smart tone. Pretty much saying take it or leave it. Not acceptable at all her attitude was not up to par with IHG hotels that i have stayed at in the past. Very unacceptable. My experience with her just totally changed my moods about ever staying there again. Horrible experience. Refund required from hotels.com but no one has contacted me yet about it as i was told they

The front desk and other hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Courtesy shuttle from the airport, while it took a while to arrive, was convenient. Improvements: the room smelled damp. The sofa bed mattress was thin and spare sheets didn’t fit. Soap dispenser nozzle should curve down to avoid a mess when using.

The transfer from airport was horrible waited 2 hours than bus was full and loaded before pickup area so no room. He returned 30 min later with a bigger bus that had no air very hot! ☹️
