Older hotel, needs some upgrades. It is walking distance to shopping, food and the beach. It advertises a bar but it never opened. Staff was friendly. Did have a few rooms with an ocean view which we were blessed to receive.

They charged my card the full rate 2 days before my stay when I selected pay at property for my reservation. Then when arriving had to pay the full rate PLUS 100$ for incidentals and $15 a day for parking in crappy open lot. So damn near $700 was on my card before I could even check in for a 2 night stay in a room that was the worst spot in the entire building. I’ve stayed there at least 8x in the past 6 years but this will be my last. They never have done this before. Gone way downhill too unfortunately.

Check in was prehistoric, antiquated and took way too long. It was like checking into a hotel in the 80’s. Clearly the owner believes that location and pricing can offset technology investments at check-in. Maybe they are right, but it was slow. Vending machine only accepts cash! Hello 1986!

The hotel was nice. It was located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We brought 2 small dogs and the hotel was very accommodating. The room was nice, but a little dirty; particularly the floors. However, management was good about having staff clean the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there and will be going back!

My family came from Ecuador to a world dance championship and followed my recommendation to stay at this hotel along with other members of the Ecuadorian team, and they are very happy with the attention and comfort of the hotel. I thank all the people at the front desk for their excellent attention, very cordial and attentive. The truth is that you exceeded the expectations of all of us. Ok stay. Wouldn’t refer anyone tho.

We got there and was informed it would be extra for a deposit and parking. No big deal had it covered. $15 a day for parking per car. $100 per room for duration of stay. ~$560 per room. For two nights. Problem started when we arrived to our room and did not have an ocean view which was priced higher and charged as such. The assistant manager was rude. And refused to fix the issue. This lead to 3 hours of being on the phone. Went to sleep unhappy and had our evening plans ruined. The next day however, the hotel manager worked to fix the issue promptly and apologized repeatedly for the mix up and the behavior of the assistant. Would we stay here again? No. Did we appreciate the make up with good hospitality? Yes we are grateful. I’m not trying to be a Karen- but only wanted what I purchased. The assistant manager could have said we will have to wait till the next day to resolve, instead of laughing at us and saying that there’s no changes or refunds etc. the facility is dated. Cleanliness is ok. Aged wear and tear may impact your view on cleanliness don’t be fooled it’s cleaner than you think. Ice machine is broke except on floors 3 and 5.
