Stay in our studio unit located in the QClub Ft Lauderdale beach Resort and enjoy the best that Ft Lauderdale has to offer. Located directly across from the beach, this unit on the 21st floor offers you the best combination of high floor views and large wrap around balcony.
The units kitchenette allows you the option of staying in and preparing your own meals if desired. Alternatively, discover Hiltons new bar restaurant hot spot 'S3' located on the first floor or treat yourself to exquisite Mediterranean cuisine at Ilio's.
During the day guests can relax around the pool whilst taking in the uninterrupted north south views of Ft Lauderdale's renowned beach. The gym, also located on the 6th floor, is equipped with state of the art machines.
This unit with its projecting balcony gets the morning sun which makes it a great spot for your morning coffee.

The studio unit has one Kingsize bed.

‱ Wifi is included in the rates.
‱ There is no resort fee for my guests.
‱ Parking is not included but free street parking can be found within one or two blocks. I recommend not bringing a car. Its cheaper to either use uber or rent a car on the actual day its required.
‱ Daily housekeeping is not included but can be provided for $39 per day. We setup the unit with enough fresh towels for your stay.
‱ Late checkout/early check-in cannot be provided as we are fully booked throughout the year and there is always a guest arriving or leaving on your day of arrival or departure and we need time to service the unit in between.
‱ The photos are of the actual unit and view.
‱ We do not provide transfers. Uber from FLL airport is about $15.
‱ Hilton does not provide room service to our units in order to make a distinction between their units and ours.

Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic Deal. Plenty of room for two people. Wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. You get all the amenities of staying in a Resort Hotel without paying for the hotel prices. Only downside is the parking situation. The hotel parking is expensive and the alternative parking is not convenient. But oh well. I'll still go back. The hotel pool is a blast on the weekends.

Great Place for good price

The property was clean and maintain very well the room fits the description. Only two minor negative noise from construction next door and pool lounge chairs being reserved by the pool attendants. This made it hard to find a spot or feeling like a hand out for a tip just I sit for a bit out there.

Only one small, but temporary, flaw: noise from construction next door. By the time most people read this, though, it probably will be finished. Amazing host and great property. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Better Communication Needed

I was interested in unit on penthouse level. I sent a message to owner asking about cleaning fees I did not receive a reply a week or two had passed so I decided to book and the unit had been taken. So I rented one of his other units. A week later after signing contract for the unit I get a response from the owner answering the question. Out of curiosity I checked the penthouse unit dates and they were now available at a much cheaper price. I messaged the owner by bebo and directly to his personal email asking if we could move to the penthouse unit? I did not ask for a reduced price, however I never received a response from him. Only an email the day telling me check in is at 4pm and unit was being cleaned. I then replied requesting check in info.. a few hours later he replied. Highlights: after traveling all day and being tired I was awoken by owner at 10 am looking for some keys. By this time coffee was needed pot was filthy I scrubbed it clean and went to coffee shop linked to hotel however all in all the unit was clean. We were given 2 wash clothes and 4 bath towels for a 4 day stay cleaning products are in the unit. AND lastly there is construction going on next door that will wake you up at 8am weekdays. This is not mentioned in advertisement

This King suite is well maintained, has a great view of the beach and was quiet .

We loved the property, pool and beach we’re awesome. Construction noise next to property was annoying but unavoidable.Will likely stay here again. The only issue we had was with the Hilton front desk on arrival as they were negligent putting our reservation in the system. A phone call to Andrew quickly rectified the situation. Thanks Andrew!
