This place was horrible. We didn’t even stay both nights we paid for. Loud thumping music all night, tv didn’t work, scuffs all over the walls, walls were just dirty, holes everywhere, interior doors inside the room didn’t even move to close.. I mean it was BAD. Never again. The pictures online looked nothing like how it really does.

The hotel was under construction/renovation which I was not aware. There was a lot of noise and marijuana smoking. It was not conducive to a restful stay. After the renovations maybe, but for now, but I would not visit again.

Front desk was pleasant , random people in the parking lot hanging around but there was security inside. The premises is dated and found roaches in many areas of the room and stains in the tub.

My children and I enjoyed my time at the hotel. The room was clean and we slept well. The pool and tiki area were closed because they are in the middle of renovations. I do look forward to revisiting after renovations have been completed.

Service was good but the atmosphere and hotel needs an upgrade. An overhaul of better facilities, better hospitality, building needs a rework, structure looks old, hotel needs security and improvements on infrastructure and buildings. Didn’t feel safe and there’s needs to be security or more safety at this hotel location.

As long as your Caribbean, you would love this hotel .. there is no Breakfast. I guess there was once upon a time or coming soon. The staff attitude is ugly. The security guards have way more respect for guest … the live in people who live here don’t pay them no mine other than that spacious room and a nightclub next-door

Roach infested. I have never seen roaches crawl on a TV like they were trying to watch their favorite show. They were on the bed, the bathroom sink, the drawer---literally everywhere. 😲
