This property was wonderful for our stay and price. But i would say there were a few areas of concerns that I would’ve liked to read within the reviews. The rooms are definitely re-done but not completely. There still is paint chips in the walls, wood on the shelves is peeling back and water pressure issues. The room was clean but we had two different beds and bed frames in our one room ( one extremely comfortable the other rock hard). Additionally, there was large gaps around the door. You could see the sun shining in and even when people would walk past. Not the most settling feeling for insects or geckos or such to potential come in. We had to use a towel to block the wide gap at the bottom of the door. Pool area and garden was lovely and just a short 2 min walk to the beach. Walking distance to the main pier as well! Felt safe the entire trip at this motel. Overall, for the price it’s listed as it’s worth the money and we enjoyed our stay overall!

Should have more lounge chairs outside and umbrellas. Our refrigerator did not work. They didnt have another to give us. It froze everything in the refrigerator.. The pool needed more attention. We were there for 8 days only saw a pool guy once. Never vacuumed pool. Needs more chlorine, pretty cloudy. An ice machine would have been nice. The gentlemen that cleans the outside property was very nice and kept things in order . Would recommend this place

I liked this smaller little hotel which qas in a great location to get around this area with a short walk to the beach. Had an issue with a little creature getting into the ac unit and shutting it down but it was fixed before i returned. My only recommendation is that they put a new bed in the room i had.

A hidden gem! Access to the beach across the street and a relaxing pool in a quiet and beautiful courtyard. Rooms are pretty standard, staff is friendly and accomodating. The only thing missing was some coffee in the morning 😉

Nice swimmingpool and chairs outside. Much noise from apparts each side of mine. It supposed to be no smoking but smells cigarettes from the room beside mine: a door séparate the two studios so smell pass trough. Dirty cooking électric plates. I bought one ( 25 $ us). Noise from the A1A all day and night. To many informations asked for Check-in (photo and signature).

The communication to hotel was never direct. They have a service that handled calls. Our room was on second floor no elevator. There wasn't a dresser. In the bathroom there were a few shelves and a small hanging area. Decor of our room was dated. The air-conditioning was poor. Toliet was an issue as well. Kitchenette was pitiful. The outdoor area was well taken care of. Young lady in office was lovely and helpful. Helping us to be able to check out after one night.

Our family loved our stay, we felt very safe there with our family. It was kept very clean in our room as well as the surrounding property area. The room itself was a little outdated but it was kept clean. There was plenty of seats to choose from which was great. Little bistro seats right outside our room, sun loungers, hammock, hanging swing hammock as well as large table and chairs. If we are back in the area, we would stay there again.

Nice enough for the price and location and convenience to the beach. Places to eat within a mile so it’s walkable. Outdoor area was great. One minor issue is we wanted to watch tv at night and needed a code to access apps on the Roku. Asked twice and told someone would come to our room and help. Never happened.
