Property is very modern and hightech. Each and every staff we came in contact with were very friendly, polite and professional. Mrs Saloni and mrs Alejandra, who works at the frontdesk, were extremely helpful. The Dalmar Hotel is a top hotel for sure.

The staff bell boys were on there phone npt helping me with myv2 BIG AND HEAVY BAGS. They didnt even look up A lady on the street had to help Also when we waited at tje hostess deskbto go upbto the restaurant/bar very UNFRIENDLY AND AGAIN shebwas on her cell phone. Not a smile nothing .
