This townhome in Fraser features a generous backyard, making it ideal for pets and families seeking a rental property. It provides ample space along with excellent amenities. Conveniently located near downtown Fraser, residents can easily enjoy the local restaurants, breweries, and summer hiking and biking trails. Furthermore, the free town shuttle stop is conveniently positioned near the main entrance.
The main living area showcases vaulted ceilings, inviting sofas around a wood-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The fully remodeled kitchen boasts a large breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets and countertop space for effortless meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a spacious table with enough seating for up to six people.
The dining area also features a small sunroom that has been converted into a game room, offering breathtaking mountain views and a foosball table. Near the main entrance of the unit, a washer and dryer are conveniently located.
A large outdoor area is accessible from the main living room, providing a spacious backyard for games, outdoor entertainment, a BBQ grill, and a picnic table for al fresco dining. Unwind on the private deck and relax in the hot tub after a day filled with adventures.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a TV. The second bedroom also contains a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a set of bunk beds for children. The two bathrooms have been recently renovated with new tile, flooring, and vanities.

Great house, fantastic location

We loved our stay here. The location is fantastic - right near the Fraser trail which takes you everywhere (including a quick walk to Safeway). The hot tub was private and wonderful and the house had everything we needed.

Great Location

Great location for all our winter activities. Convenient to walk to grocery and Fraser shops. The place was very clean and taken care of, lots of space out back for our dogs to play. Hot tub was bonus! We Would definitely stay again!!

Nice location and area

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The location is great, right along the river trail and very walkable to places in town. We really enjoyed the beautiful aspen tree next to the hot tub and back deck area. The bathrooms were updated and the beds were comfy. We were really pleased with how stocked the kitchen was with good knifes and pans. One minor issue was resolved quickly and we have only good things to say about our stay!

The property was nice. It was not really clean, there was an old banana in the cupboard, dog hair on the pillows, spiderwebs throughout, and the snow was not shoveled to get to the hot tub, and it was lightly shoveled in front so we shoveled ourselves. It would have be nice to have a heads up to bring our own firewood. Overall, we had a great stay.

3 night stay

The property was well cleaned, in a great location with quick access to the Winter Park bus. Nice sized living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Loved the hot tub. Great yard behind the condo for my daughter’s dog to play. Our only issue were with the beds. The mattress in the master bedroom was in poor shape. The support was gone. We could feel the springs popping when we moved. While it was a reasonable rental rate for all it offered, the condition of the mattress would prevent us from returning unless replaced.

Perfect Home Base for Exploring Fraser/Winter Park

Great house for a group! The living area was plenty spacious, and the open back yard was enjoyed by all. Be warned if you are traveling with dogs that other dogs seem to roam this neighborhood freely, often walking right through the backyard. We didn't mind this at all and my dog made several friends! House is also located near the river path so it's a quick and lovely walk into town. Would definitely stay here again! Only recommendation is that we were not sent a password to the wifi and the service wasn't great. We did ultimately find it in a binder on a bookshelf, but would've been appreciated up front or when I sent a message asking for it!
