But there’s plenty to enjoy inside too, including comfortable couches, a cozy fireplace and above it, a flat screen television with plenty of channels to choose from to keep you entertained on those occasions you’re not out enjoying all that Winter Park has to offer.

Both bedrooms are beautifully presented with high quality mattresses and bedding. The master has the bonus of an ensuite bathroom.

Between them, the family bathroom and ensuite offer-up opportunities to take a quick shower or enjoy a long and lazy soak in the tub. Toiletries and towels will be provided by your hosts.
Guest access
Your hosts are delighted to make their 3 bed, 3 bath home exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. All areas are accessible to guests, but please note that there are steps outside the property. Entry is via a secure smart keypad system that’s really easy to use.

• No smoking in this Home for 7, please. We want to keep it looking (and smelling) super fresh for all guests.
• No pets please. Sorry, the home just isn’t suitable for them.
• No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please respect the right of your neighbors to live peacefully and quietly by keeping noise levels low at all times, but especially between 10PM and 8AM.
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM. Please check out by 11AM
• Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $899. You agree to pay for any damages you cause to the home
• Please remove shoes upon entry.
