Staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy parking. Shuttle drivers were entertaining. Hot chocolate while waiting in line was a nice touch. We didn't eat any breakfast there so no comment on that subject.

We stayed in a family room that had a king bed and a bunk bed. A dividing double door separated the two areas. It was nice and quiet. The mattress on the bunk bed was very hard according to my daughter who slept there. My husband and I endured a night in two “troughs” that were worn into both sides of the king bed. We were discussing in the morning how the Hyatt managers should actually TRY to lay down on the mattresses in their hotels. These mattresses need to be replaced asap. We stay at Hyatt often while in Orange County…this was the worst set of mattresses we’ve yet encountered on our stays. The rest of the hotel is nice, from valet parking to check in and coffee in the morning. Yep, those beds need some attention.

There was so many great things about this place. It was really clean, staff was great and the shuttle service to Disney was very convenient! What ruined it was the toilet that kept getting clogged. It was a design flaw with a very small outlet. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby while waiting for maintenance. After the second time we didn’t feel like we could trust it. When you have to go down 7 stories to relieve yourself it negates all the good stuff.

I just checked out and I must say , my family and I enjoyed our stay . We are from Seattle visiting California and this hotel came through for me . I’d recommend this hotel more than anything. They have everything you need also a good place for children. The pools , the gym they also have their play area down the lobby. We didn’t have kids , our stay was just for adults but seeing them kids roaming around freely & having so much brings joy in my heart. I wish the parking itself was free but then again I’d rather parked my car at a safe spot. If you’re traveling from overseas , note that California’s taxes are so high.. rooms are clean, service is excellent. I’d always come back !
