We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The beds were a little low to the floor making them hard to get out of but that's just because I'm old...how comfortable they were made up for it though.

Awesome location with close walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip. The beds were comfy as was the bean bag in the living room. It’s an older building but the condo was updated nicely and provided everything we needed for a wonderful holiday stay for my birthday. The host, Danny, was great and very prompt at communicating and answering any questions I had.

Danny’s place was very convenient. It’s very close to downtown and it was amazing not having to worry about parking. The place was cozy and comfortable and looked like the pictures.

Marvelous Mountain Stay

The property was conveniently located near many attractions & all types of dining. It was also within short driving distances to other attractions, venues, etc. the furnishings & decor were new and very nice. The beds were very comfortable & we all slept well which is sometimes hard to do on a trip! Host communication was very good & Danny was very helpful!

Great Location!

We were there over New Years. The town was very crowded. The 5 minute walk to town was a dream. Not having to worry about finding parking was a bonus. You just can not beat this location. Danny was great. We had an issue with the fireplace at 11 PM He responded immediately and he had someone there the next day.

Great location, needs some love

The location was great and the furnishings were nice. The kitchen fairly well stocked. Overall it is starting to show some wear and could use a little love. It could have been cleaner, specifically the floors, touch areas on doors etc. The kitchen sink faucet has next to no water pressure, the main bedroom closet door barely functioned and the second bathroom tub didn't drain very well (3 inches of water while showering). The second bedroom only has one nightstand, a pet peeve of mine. There are nice views from the balcony.

Not luxury

Pictures are deceiving, this place was an absolute nightmare.. first of all the property itself is sketchy as crap.. the ditch was full of trash.. there was trash on the grounds, the hot tub looked disgusting and I cleaned.. and this was before we ever got onto the building.The condo itself was filthy.. the air vents were full of dust and mold.. the bathroom looked like it had urine on the floor, there was hair on the pillows, the balcony was a mess, everything was dusty and the thermostat was falling off the wall.. I spoke with the owner immediately and said it was unsafe for my children to breath this stuff in and he was very polite and said he understood.. we did not stay, we didn’t even unpack the car.. I asked for a refund due to the place being a health hazard.. I spoke with him and VRBO.. they said they were working with him, but in his end he said he couldn’t get the button to work.. whatever, I would not recommend this place at all.. I am not a person who has to have luxury, but I am a person who expects a clean and a healthy spot for my kids if I’m paying over 1200.00 to stay somewhere.
