• 24-hour front desk

• Name changes after confirmation: $99 fee

• McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) – approx. 47 miles

• One parking pass per villa; free parking

• No pets allowed ($300 fine)

• No smoking indoors or in fenced outdoor areas ($300 fine)

• No trailer, RV, or boat parking

Construction Notice:

MountainLoft is undergoing improvements including door updates, walkway upgrades, window replacements, exterior painting, pool enhancements, and parking lot resurfacing. Construction may be visible or audible during your stay. Details will be provided at check-in.



Day-Use Policy:

Owners not staying on-site must call ahead to request day-use access; priority is given to in-house guests.



After Purchase:

You will receive a confirmation email with your name on the reservation within 14 days before check-in. A valid photo ID is required. Additional dates are not available unless arranged through the waitlist.
