I have stayed here multiple times. Its a great condo. Pro Tip. If you go out the front door around the right side of the building, there is a path through a small wooded area that comes out by the hotel and you can have a 5 minute walk down to the main street of Gatlinburg.

This was the most amazing Vrbo stay. First the condo was decorated to the umpth degree. The host and his wife were amazing. So caring and engaged due to the blizzard. Great location and walk. Will definitely be back. Top of list for excellence.

We have loved it here. When we arrived the Condo was so clean I could have ate off the floor. That’s hard to find in Gatlinburg! Location was amazing, private, quiet. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Condo was well stocked and even had a Christmas tree which my daughter loved. Great place and Great Owner!!

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! Everything was beautifully decorated and even had a beautiful Christmas tree for us to enjoy. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. The bed slept amazing and was so comfy!! It was the best weekend! The owners are great and kept in contact with us before and after our arrival making sure we had everything we needed and give us all the tips to make things much easier for our trip. We will definitely be back and stay here again in the near future and will be recommending to all our friends and family!!

Clay & Glenda were very accommodating! Their condo was well equipped, very clean & sooo cozy! The location was perfect with a beautiful view, close to downtown Gatlinburg but away from all the traffic! We definitely recommend the Snoring Bear condo!

We had THE BEST visit. Snoring Bear condo was perfect for my husband and me, and my parents. It's far enough from the crazy of downtown Gatlinburg, but close enough to walk to it. There is also a trolley stop at the foot of the main drive if you don't want to walk.Everything about this trip was awesome. The condo was clean and well stocked. Instructions for using the tv were clear and simple. We got to see the resident bear twice!We have been talking about making this an annual trip and will definitely look to stay here again if we do.Thank you so much for being a part of this amazing trip!

Great property. Clean with all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The only suggestion we have would be for the owners to replace the living room seating. The cushions are all broken down making seating hard and uncomfortable. The recliner won't stay locked into recline position because the mechanism is worn out. Also, wish there was a direct walkway into town, which we realize is out of the control of unit owner. The only way into downtown is to take the street up/down a hill, which can be challenging. We ended up having to drive the 4 blocks into downtown and then having to spend too much money to park everyday. But overall, we had a great stay and got to see bears several mornings from the porch.

Clay was amazing to work with. He was always quick to answer even the smallest questions. Location was great- near the attractions- but far enough away to enjoy some quiet. Bit of an up hill walk back to condo- but very doable. Condo was really nice, very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool did not disappoint! Our kids swam every day.

Family vacation

Grandma and Grandpa rented the Snoring Bear condo and our three kids and five grandkids rented other condos at Holly Ridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Snoring Bear and we all enjoyed staying at Holly Ridge. We walked downtown to shop and eat and thought the location was perfect for our needs.

We stayed at the Snoring Bear condo on East Holly Ridge Road in Gatlinburg, and it was absolutely perfect. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that felt super comfortable and homey the entire time. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed—towels, toiletries, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable, and more.We especially loved the back patio overlooking the pool—such a peaceful spot to relax. The location was convenient but quiet, and the whole space was clean and cozy.We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Gatlinburg. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave!

We loved this condo. We were very impressed they offered some groceries. It was very roomy and had everything we needed. It was a pretty good walk to the parkway. With a stroller it was a little lstrenuous walking back .

Over Due Getaway

Checkin was simple and easy. We arrived ahead of 6-10 inches of snow. As soon as the snowplow cleared the roads we were out and about. The property was easy to find and had an excellent view of Ober Gatlinburg. The fireplace made the condo warm and cozy. We are already planning a return visit. As it was said as we were leaving It doesn't get any better than this. To borrow a quote form Gen Douglas McArthur: We shall return.
