We felt welcomed by this home with our first steps onto the spacious covered porch. Upon learning the history of the construction, we felt privileged to stay here. The warm character of the home is comforting.meal.perfectpvieanprislooking for.
Property is wonderful and gorgeous The driveway is alittle tricky but very secluded Very spacious and everything you could ask for..I will be staying at this chalet again. We did family Christmas together there and they put up the tree and had it decorated for usâŠWonderful.
This cabin was beyond my expectations. We've been to Gatlinburg many times. I wanted to make this stay special for our anniversary. And, boy was it! I almost didn't want to leave the cabin to do anything else! The cabin itself was immaculate. My daughter really enjoyed the hot tub. And, the game room put a smile on my grumpy 18 year old sons face. There are other cabins nearby, but far enough away, you have total privacy. Will absolutely book this property again.
Our cabin was NASTY. Toothpaste was all over the sinks and counters in two bathrooms, dried food was stuck to the counters in the kitchen, dust and cobwebs everywhere. Our bed sheets didnât fit our bed, when we called and complained they said someone would be out to re clean and make beds. They did not clean and left the sheets on the table, which still didnât fit. Cabins For you refused a refund and VRBO would not refund either. Will not be booking again with this site or company.
Cabin was charming. Management Company horrible. During our stay, the plumbing backed up. Flooded our bathroom, ruin clothes and luggage. Bathtub filled with poop. Management company, Cabins for You, could not send someone to address the issue. After 5 calls, they moved us to another cabin. 3 couples had to pack up everything, all our food, all of our drinks and relocate. The whole process wasted a whole day. We missed our dinner/show reservations. We had to move to a cabin we did not rent. The hot tub did not work. We called for maintenance. Hours later they showed up. Said they fixed hot tub but the hot tub never got hot so we were unable to use it. The management company was apologetic but did very little to actually help. We were offered a mere $300 credit toward a future stay...for a ruined trip, wasted day, missed reservations, ruined clothes, and a suitcase that had to be trashed.
