It’s a prominent icon in Gatlinburg. It’s not modern by no means. But that’s what makes this place so special. Always very clean and the staff is the best. Will always be back.

Room was clean, ac was new, walls are thin lol. But it’s an old building sooo. Breakfast was good, they have hot chocolate, coffee, tea, cookies available all day. We enjoyed our visit.

Loved staying here over the holidays! The front desk staff were very kind & made us feel at home. They even gave us some bread made from their kitchen to take home when we checked out! The antique vibe of the hotel was very quaint & everything was very clean.
