Coastal Hideaway is a cozy 450-square-foot loft that can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. However, due to the limited space, it is better suited for two adults and possibly two young children. The loft's layout and amenities are designed to provide a comfortable stay for a small family or a couple looking for a romantic getaway.

Coastal Hideaway is situated above the garage in our residence, featuring its own private entrance from the main house. You'll have your own private balcony with a beautiful Arbutus tree next to it.

Perfect private place to stay while exploring a new beach town. My kids loved the deer that wandered the driveway visible from the suit. The suit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely return if in the area again :)

It was a great stay! Super clean! Lots of room. Very quiet! If you have a high prey drive dog, just be aware there are lots of deer and the main doors are sliding glass doors, so your dogs will see them. Not a bad thing, my dog just lost her mind and was super loud and I felt bad that everyone likely heard her. Other then that it was great!

It was fabulous. Exactly as shown in photos and the pantry items were so helpful. It was super pet friendly. The hosts were communicative in just the right ways. Deer frequented the neighbourhood and the tree house feel was delightful. My cat and I loved the deck. Short walk to Secret Beach and Gospel Rock (amazing). A perfect retreat, will stay again!

This was one of the best vacation houses I’ve ever stayed in for the price! Everything was SO clean which I value a lot. And everything was labeled and there were nice extras like games, blankets, maps and guides, and bug spray! And the AC felt so good after a hot summer day. It really felt like a vacation since we do not have AC. Beautiful location and close to everything too

For just a what it lacked in size the owners make up for in what they supply. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. And all the extras you don’t always expect with a rental. Bug spray, beach towels, coffee, and shower needs! We’ll stay again if we ever come back to Gibsons.

Wonderful accommodation - Amazing host!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return - and will recommend it to our friends and family! Very comfortable, had everything you could want, & was very private. We had a deer greet us upon our arrival, enjoyed the delightful sounds of children playing and engaged in a great conversation with a neighbour - a known musician. The location was great - a short drive to Lower Gibsons while equally close to the services along the 101. Having a cidery near by was such a bonus. And lots of beaches to explore just down the road. Thank you!

Bright and spacious studio loft was cozy and comfortable during our 2 day stay. Quiet, peaceful surroundings, nice escape from the city, hearing the birds and having the beaches and shops close by was helpful. Great hosts and simple experience with check in and communication. Lovely patio with table and chairs for enjoying the outdoors. I’d definitely stay here again.

A stay for a wedding

I have been in Gibsons for the wedding of my daughter. The loft was spotless. Everything I have needed was there, including olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The VRBO was just down the hill from my daughter's home. Everything was top notch including the towels, storage space, Wifi connection; heating etc. My limited contact with Animal, the host, was helpful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend this loft.

Quiet vacation in Gibsons

A very nice, clean, private and clean studio suite.The place was very clean, can sleep up to 4 people. Located in a very quiet neighborhood on a small street. The view from all windows and the balcony over a wide scenery of different trees.This is very close to two beaches.Definitely worth a revisit.Strongly recommended

Incredible stay! Perfect for anyone looking for some peace and quiet, and a good home base to explore the Sunshine Coast. Our hosts even left thoughtful information on things to do nearby! This property met all our needs (and surpassed our expectations), including a full kitchen adequately stocked with pretty much everything you could need (even the pesky can opener you forgot) to cook basic meals in during your stay! If you were planning to do the majority of your cooking in, I’m sure you could request things likes tinfoil, an extra casserole dish or mixing bowl from the host! The hosts were also thoughtful in providing a few extras (e.g. board games, blankets, tea and coffee) that make your stay that much more enjoyable. Overall the studio welcomed us with a lovely and functional atmosphere from check-in to check-out!

Shake, rattle and roll!

The suite was as described. The queen size bed wasnt big enough for the two of us and the pull out couch was too small as well. We were there during the earthquake and the hosts offered us refuge. Very nice. Everything was as described and would handily suit smaller people.
