We allow up to two dogs with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. We kindly ask you pick up the pet's waste. No one likes cleaning shoes. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and we ask that pets be crated while you are gone. We recommend bringing your pets bed, water/food bowl, and crate if needed.

★ No Smoking ★
It is not uncommon for Granbury to be under a burn ban, especially during the summer months. With this in mind along with consideration for future guests, we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking.

★ No Parties/Events ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ Nature and Wildlife ★
Due to the fact that we are located on a beautiful 1.5 acres of secluded lake front property, we have quite a bit of wildlife some of which are welcome and some which are not (if you catch our drift). We do our best do keep the unwanted "wildlife" away, but nature calls!

So tranquil!

Me and my husband, stayed here to enjoy our mini-moon right after we were married and it was lovely! Beautiful property and an easy drive to downtown Granbury square. I almost don’t want to share how much we enjoyed for fear of making the place too popular that we can’t revisit again!

Beautiful Place to Stay

We enjoyed our time here. What a beautiful and quiet place to stay. We only stayed for a couple of busy days but we did get to play outside and enjoy the kayaks. Definitely recommend staying here if you need some quiet time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

We had a wonderful time, a couple of geese visited. And there was a cool breeze over the water, we got to sit and enjoy the beautiful lake. The house was wonderful and everything that we needed to make the stay comfortable.

WONDERFUL last minute weekend getaway!

God blessed us with this last minute opening! The property was so peaceful, and fun with different outdoor games to play. The inside of the home was so cozy and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was awesome and the kitchen was easy to work with. Most of all, it was the perfect place content for our family to spend quality time together. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect outdoor hang

We stayed for. 2 nights and loved it! It’s very secluded with lots of area to play and hang outside. We had a cold snap so it was also nice to be inside in the warm house looking out at the lake. And the sunrise was spectacular.

Absolutely perfect!

The pictures for this property do not do it justice. It is so beautiful and peaceful there and just the perfect setting to get away from every day life and enjoy time together. We will definitely want to stay here again. The host answered questions as needed and there were no problems with the rental at all.

Best Bachlorette Ever

We loved our stay here so much. We were there for a relaxaing bachlorette weekend as we are all middle aged moms and one teenager who is very laid back. We had the best time enjoying the fire pit and playing the board games provided and enjoying the kayaks. The property is beautiful and it was the best time. We will definitely be back!

The perfect Granbury Getaway

We had the best time here. It was everything we were looking for. Super clean and the decor was so cute. Beds were cozy and comfortable. My daughter loved the tree swing. We had a wonderful lake day enjoying the paddle boat and kayaks. Lots of time spent at the fire pit. The thought and details that were put into this establishment speak for themselves. Great weekend getaway to spend quality time with family. The house is very clean and comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. The location gives you all the privacy you could want but you’re still only 15 minutes to Granbury Square. The check out process was, by far, the easiest of any Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in!
