Remodeled Granby Mountain Getaway near Winter Park and Grand Lake

Come stay and enjoy this cozy mountain studio perfectly located near all of your favorite outdoor activities. Winter and summer sports will keep you busy year round, as well as the many local festivals, farmers markets and family attractions. Plenty of non-chain restaurants, night life, and live music events to soak up the full mountain experience. About 85 miles from Denver and at an elevation of approximately 8,000 feet, this place is surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery and is a recreation paradise.


About the Condo

This 500 Sq. Ft. studio unit is newly remodeled and spectacular. The kitchenette, all appliances, furniture, bathroom and mattress are all brand new as of Summer of 2023. The studio is complete with a queen size bed and a pull-out sofa sleeper, both with memory foam mattresses. The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances, a full set of dishes, coffee maker, toaster and dining table. The main area has a flat screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi, a romantic stone fireplace, and a comfortable sofa. The remodeled spacious bathroom boasts double sinks, granite vanity, with an extra-large stone shower. Enjoy the beautiful views from the mountain facing balcony.


About the Resort

This condo and Resort is located 3 miles outside of downtown Granby, near the base of Grandby Ranch Ski Resort. There is a free shuttle bus ride to both Ski Grandby Ranch and Winter Park. The full-service resort has a heated outdoor pool, two indoor and two outdoor hot tubs, updated fitness center, racquet ball, and an arcade. Gas BBQ’s are scattered throughout. 24-hour guest services are available at the Front Desk. For your convenience, across the street is a City Market grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Subway, McDonalds and a gas station.

The host, Sarah, was fantastic! The amenities were great, condo was in great condition, overall a very good experience. The only hurdle we hit was a lady at the front desk at Inn at Silver Creek by the name of Shauna. Very short with me and seemed like an angry person in general. Other than that, had a great time.

Good location

Positive experience. Unit was clean. Check-in/out was easy. Private, quiet. We were there during the summer. Yes, it says apartment, but think of it as a hotel room with a small kitchen. There is no A/C. It was warm at night. This is a ski lodge so no complaints. Probably more of a winter and fall/spring place. Definitely don’t wash or dry your clothes after 9pm. They will lock the laundry room and won’t reopen it. Not mentioned in their rules but there is a small sign on the laundry room door that you don’t notice until it is closed. Ask me how I know. I’d stay there again now that I am familiar with its strengths.

The inside decor of the condo was cute and updated. It was cold
we couldn’t find a thermostat. The lighter for the fire logs did not work. There was no coffee provided. The shower wasn’t cleaned & the drain was clogged with hair. The main property had a nice pool & hot tub, but overall was not well maintained. The owner was very helpful.

Cute condo and convenient location!

The condo is located in a great area and convenient location. The condo building is older and has some amenities but it is a bit run down. The remodel is very well done and is super cute! Very clean and was equipped with most everything we needed except for baking sheets that fit the smaller-size oven and hot pads. We made due and were able to still cook several meals. We definitely recommend getting a brand new circulating fan especially because there is no air conditioning. The current one works but would randomly get very loud and make noises which made for going to sleep the first night rather difficult. We got used to the quirkiness and had good sleep the rest of our stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee and eating breakfast on the patio balcony. So many hummingbirds come to visit! A few little things that could make a positive difference. Overall we had a wonderful time here!

Great vacation getaway

My husband and I stayed three nights at Sarah’s place and had the most wonderful experience. Very clean place with updates throughout. The bed was comfy with nice clean sheets and good pillows. Kitchen is fully stocked! We enjoyed the local Chinese restaurant and coffee shops. But location of the condo is close enough to Frasier and Winter Park for more restaurant options and skiing! Sarah was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be back for another visit! Thank you Sarah for a great stay!

Perfect Little Place!

This place was perfect for the 3 of us to use when visiting the area. It is located near a grocery and small town so you aren't feeling abandonded in the middle of nowhere. You also get access to amenities and a nice balcony. The place was very clean and the perfect size for the price. We expected to be out and about more but ended up staying in the condo more than expect and it really wasn't too small for the 3 of us adults to enjoy! Definitely perfect for close friends or family for whatever you need on your trip!

Cozy Condo

The condo was awesome & everything was new & updated. There were a lot of little details like pictures, a welcome rug in doorway & rocking chair on the balcony that made it very inviting & relaxing. It was centrally located to many attractions. The host Sarah responded quickly when we had a question. Next time we are in the area we would definitely stay again. Five Stars!!!

The unit is amazing and Sarah is super responsive and helpful. Location is very convenient. 1 min drive to a big grocery store and 3 min drive to the town of granby. Lots of amenities in the resort (although I was too tired to use them). 1 hour drive to the RMNP. Great place to stay.

Room was very suitable and well kept. The amenities were great with the indoor/ outdoor pool, hot tub, racketball ect. The only issue from receiving 5 star was the grout around the rock floor in the shower was worn down and it made it a little uncomfortable to stand in.
