5 bedroom mountain house, next to kicking horse lift at Granby Ranch. Great summer, fall, winter, or spring get away. Skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, swimming, all very accessible. Are you ready to have a place where your entire friends and family and be together in the mountains? This home is 5 bedrooms 3.50 baths with a loft and a basement family room! Plenty of space to be together. Steps away from the lift for easy ski access in the winter and trails access out your front door. One of the only lots in Granby Ranch with aspen trees for privacy. All the Granby Ranch amenities are available for an additional fee such swimming pool and 20 person hot tub spa, gym, ping pong table, foosball. Short Term Rental Permit #005638

Plenty of space for our group (two families with kids ranging from ages 6 - 20), the house has games, puzzles and toys for kids, a big dining table to share meals, and we loved the ski in/out access!! The home was clean and organized as well. We had such a great stay!

Loved our time in Granby. Place was great for our group - 3 families with young kids. Ski area is crazy close (you can walk if you want) and the pool/hot tub are also nice and great after an afternoon of skiing. We had everything we needed for cooking, sledding (yay we got snow!), and playing. Hoping we get to come back!

Very clean, well equipped and decorated nicely. The check in/check out process is easy and the manager answered my questions quickly. Would stay here again. Only complaint is that the listing states that it is wheelchair accessible but there are 3 steps to get into the house and no ramp--may want to consider removing this from the listing.

Awesome spot

Loved our stay here. First off, the lift is a walk across the street. Way too easy. Secondly, the house is amazing. Fit multiple families with kiddos. There were even toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. Bedrooms and beds were all great. Would definitely stay here again!

Family holiday

Family had a wonderful time! The 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children, were very comfortable staying here. The ski in / ski out was easy for the skiers in the group. They could easily return to the house for lunch, one day purchasing take out food at Base Camp and skiing it back for all of us to enjoy! All in all, a great stay!

Moose Cabin

Perfect sized cabin for us and our daughter, son-in-law and two young grandsons (who absolutely loved all the books and toys). Located conveniently between Winter Park (enjoyed the all day pass) and Grand Lake (beach area fun for kids and view from Grand Lake Lodge is amazing). The moose theme of the cabin was great, as was the view of the aspen grove from the back deck. Would like to come back in the winter!

Comfortable luxury!

This is a fantastic property! It is the most thoughtfully equipped and stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen eve has a large variety of utensils and even assorted grocery items to save you the trouble of buying “those little things” at the store that you never think of bringing. The house even includes six comfy robes! The downstairs is quiet and perfect for the occupants of those two bedrooms to feel privacy and enjoy time on their own. The master has a king and is exceptionally comfortable. Lots of extra pillows and blankets everywhere. Great support and communication and the Bistro serves really good, reasonably priced food. The golf course was outstanding and not snooty or crowded - great for hackers and experts alike. Grocery store is close by in Granby, too. Wonderful!
