It comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, including spices, Keurig & regular coffee makers, and high quality kitchenware and cookware.


SLEEPING SPACES (Sleeps max of 7)
PRIMARY BEDROOM : a new King-sized bed with NEW Puffy Lux mattress and upgraded comfortable linens. Primary has an ensuite bath.
2ND BEDROOM : offers a rustic solid pine bunk bed with a twin over queen mattresses – perfect for kids or another couple.
PULLOUT COUCH : Additional sleeping space is available with a pullout couch in the living room.


MEALS:Large dining area with seating for 8 plus 2 seats at center island.


For additional easy living we installed a FULL size high efficiency washer/dryer (rare find up here) in the unit and free wireless internet access.


ICE FISHING: Anglers will enjoy world-class fishing opportunities in the Fraser and Colorado rivers, as well as the nearby lakes of Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain, and Granby.
LOCAL SUPPLIES: City Market grocery store, with a Starbucks inside, is a quick drive from unit. McDonalds, Subway, liquor and gas are in the same shopping area.


BIKING: For outdoor enthusiasts, the options are endless. In summer, Granby Ranch offers downhill mountain biking, and the surrounding Grand County is home to numerous mountain biking trails suitable for all skill levels. Bike racks are available in the parking lot for your convenience.


GOLF: Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to four excellent golf courses, including Granby Ranch Golf Course, whose back nine holes can be seen from the deck. Other local courses include Pole Creek, Grand Elk, and Grand Lake. If hiking is your passion, take advantage of the Quick Draw Lift (free) at the base of Granby Ranch, granting access to scenic trails throughout the mountain.

Nice and cozy spot! Road noise can creep in with the windows open but otherwise was all wanted in a mountain stay. Close to the golf, ski hill and plenty to do in the area. Thanks for being great hosts!!

Everything was pretty much as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were clean and comfortable. Access was simple and straightforward. The views were wonderful. My only knock on the place was that the communal Grill got no hotter than 250.

Wonderful, well equipped place to stay

We stayed here for a week. It is one of the most well equipped places we've stayed with games, books, swim towels, and lot's of equipment in the kitchen. The knives were even sharp! The location is close to a grocery store, wonderful hikes and YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch where you can get reasonably priced day passes. In the evenings, we enjoyed the heated pool and sitting on the balcony watching the hummingbirds feed from the hummingbird feeder. There is some construction going on across the road but it wasn't loud enough to disturb us provided entertainment for our youngest.

Clean and Cozy

This was such a great place to stay with my family for a baseball tournament weekend. The pool was small but worked great. The property was quiet and we loved the hummingbird feeder. This property had everything we needed including great toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, nice towels and sheets. And check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. We are thinking about going back for the winter to ski.

A perfect stay in Colorado for skiing

We are a family of 5 with adult and teenagers and we had the best week at this cosy location this Christmas/New Year.The apartment was roomy for the 5 of us, and has direct access to the slopes. The slopes was perfect with several easier slopes to select between.We would love to come back another time.

Welcoming Home in a perfect location!

We were thrilled with our choice to stay at this property! It was exactly as advertised in a safe surrounding and convenient location with so much to explore! The home felt warm and truly welcoming- the kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfortable, there were many "extras" that we don't usually find in other places. HIGHLY recommend this property and we would stay here again upon returning to Granby!

Fantastic Grandby Ranch condo

We had such an awesome time! Granby Ranch is a wonderful family oriented ski resort. It was so nice to come home to this condo every night warm and toasty with a great view of the valley. We will definitely come again!

Hidden Gem

This condo was truly a hidden gem. It was very well appointed; owners have pride of ownership. Kitchen very well stocked with more than most vacation rentals normally have. You feel like you in a mountain haven, from the decor to the views. The fireplace tops it off, warms the entire place. We would definitely stay again.

great little weekend

Loved the proximity to the ski lodge. they had fireworks on NYE we could see from our condo. Nice and clean. Kids fought over who got the top bunk - that was our only complaint about the condo!

Mountain Getaway

We stayed two nights with family friends and our small children for a couple days of snowboarding. The condos close proximity to the mountain made the perfect place to hangout with the kids while still being easy for adults to trade off spending time on the mountain. The hosts were very easy to reach and quick to answer any questions! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals!

Cozy Family retreat

Great resort for families with small kiddos learning to ski. Condo was perfect, great location, very clean and spacious. The owners stocked the condo with amenities and activities such as games, books etc., the small details were thoughtful and did not go unnoticed :). We enjoyed our time at Granby Ranch! Rocky Mountain Adventure

Before our trip even began we received an e-mail from Bob and Leanne with so much helpful information! We printed it out and referred to it so often during our stay. We loved our stay and anything that we addressed was quickly and smoothly dealt with. The condo was super well equipped with everything that we needed...towels, detergent, dishwasher tablets, plenty of extra blankets, and very comfortable beds. The location is very central to many locations including Granby, Grand Lake, The Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park. We all enjoyed the warm pool as much as we could and it was a very close distance from the condo. Thank-you for a very wonderful stay!

The condo was clean and had excellent views. With small children we really enjoyed the proximity to the pool. The unit had everything we needed except a high chair and a window/box fan. Some nights were warmer and a window fan would have done the trick.

Relaxing time at the condo with beautiful views of the mountains

The condo was the perfect place for our family to relax while we attended a wedding on the property. The unit is spacious, close to the pool and parking was plentiful. The views from the entire condo and balcony were amazing and we enjoyed watching the sky change colors. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils including coffee and butter. Overall the place was very clean and we would recommend it.
