My family and my grown son’s in laws spend New Years at Granby Ranch. This house was absolutely perfect for a large group. Dinners in, game night or just relaxing, it was comfortable with plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed and had plenty of room for everyone to help. The upstairs room is amazing for kids or just room to get away from the group. Not one con I can think of. The host is the most responsive and helpful. Love love love this place. (And I’m super picky)

Wonderful home, close to Granby Ranch. Short commute to the Ski resort and downtown Granby to have dinner. Bedrooms and upstairs comfortably accommodated our party of 11.

An amazing property!!!

The entire stay was perfect. Joe was very communicative, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The home is absolutely wonderful. So comfortable and well appointed. We barely left the property during the entire week of Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice quality items for cooking. Thank you to our host for a memorable stay.

Wonderful gathering spot for our family of 9. Beautiful and well appointed home in a great location for access to Rocky Mountain National park. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, hiking, Grand Lake, pickleball courts in Granby and relaxing on the back deck.

Our family loved this house! It is centrally located to many different towns and on a beautiful golf course. We loved having king size beds in each bedroom and the loft was perfect for the kids. Highly recommend!

Marriage in the Mountains

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our daughter and son in law’s marriage while staying at this lovely property. Easy access to ski slopes, tubing, great food and of course tired mountains. The amenities are perfect and the use of the garage is a HUGE plus!! Very nice hot tub and spacious for family.

Spacious house for 7 or more

The home was perfect. Clean, well stocked and spacious with all the amenities you need. The hot tub was ready to go when we arrived and we all enjoyed daily aprĂšs ski time there with a beautiful view of the mountains. Convenient location to supermarkets and a Starbucks as well as multiple ski areas. The owners were attentive and communicative for any needs. I Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Leadership Retreat!

Better than expected!

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Joe was such a pleasure to work with, and extremely helpful. We had never been to Colorado, and we had a lot of questions. I felt so badly about bothering him, but he was always quick to respond and seemed eager to help! The home was just as amazing! Extremely clean, cozy, and comfy. Every bed was as comfortable as our own back home. The kids' loft was ADORABLE, and it was so nice for them to have their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of unexpected extras. The dining space had an extra long table to fit our large group. The living space had the most comfortable couches, snuggly blankets, and a beautiful fire to keep us warm and cozy. The laundry room was huge and left for lots of space for all of our snow clothes, coolers, and extras. This would make a great space for a pet if needed! And the connected 2 car garage was a huge bonus for us in this cold! It was snowing while we were there, so we didn't use the outdoor area much, but it looked beautiful. We did, however, use the hottub, and it was loved by all! And the views were gorgeous! The neighborhood seemed nice and quiet, just how we like it. We felt far enough away from busy streets and too many people, but only minutes from the grocery store. Check out was a breeze. We have been asked to do a lot more at other places we have stayed. Overall, 10/10! Thanks for everything, Joe and Steph!

Family celebrating 40 year anniversary

We booked this home for us, our 3 adult children, their spouses and children. We wanted a place with separate sleeping quarters for the families but large enough common space, both indoors and outdoors, for us to be together. We weren't sure we would find anything that would check all our boxes, but this home met all our requirements and more! It was spacious, beautiful, the kitchen was fully stocked, there were 2 porta-cribs, firewood for the firepit, and on and on. We had trouble with the hot tub but a quick phone call solved the problem which was just our unfamiliarity with the tub. Our only disappointment was that our grandkids were too young to be able to sleep in the amazing loft! We will definitely rent this home again if our travels bring us back to Granby.

Awesome Granby stay

Great location for Granby, Grand Lake, and RMNP. If you’re a golfer, you’re very close to Grand Elk (can even see some golfers) and a couple miles from Granby Ranch (also a great course). The house is perfect for families. Our kids loved the upstairs “bunk” area where they could go up and play. Outdoor area also great with nice hot tub and fire pit. Would stay again.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation!

5 adults and 2 children (5 & 2) and 1 dog stayed here for the Christmas holiday. The house was just as pictured. Very clean, super comfortable for all of us and unbelievably stocked! The owner even decorated the house for Christmas including a tree and stockings! The best part of this property was the owner. Joe was very responsive, answering all our questions immediately. He kept in touch with us the day of arrival to let us know when we could get in and he was very accommodating when an additional family member showed up. We enjoyed spending Christmas in the snow but would love to stay in the summer. It's a beautiful, relaxing spot. I give it 5 plus stars!! Thank you Joe and Stephanie
