The cleanliness is not the best but the place is very quiet and has easy walking access to many places in Williams

We enjoyed both restaurants on the property, good food, great service and everyone was so friendly and fun! Accommodations were clean and comfortable and quiet. If I came this way again I would stay here again!

Nice spot to stay if you plan on taking the train to grand canyon national park. If not big on train ride then staying within national park is a great option.

It waa a nice hotel. Close and within walking distance to main area in Williams. The one thing i didnt like about this hotel is you have to ask to have your room serviced everyday if you want that. Otherwise, they dont service it.

Loved it!

Really beautiful hotel. Train station is just steps away out the back of the hotel. Polar Express experience is a must for all ages! Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Located near a charming little town. Just an hour away from the Grand Canyon. Excellent for families. We will be going back.
