They didn’t have my reservation when we checked in so we didn’t have a king sized bed as we had requested. It took a long time for the desk person to find us a room to check into when we arrived although she did finally find us one. It was noisy all night with people coming and going making it difficult to sleep. The room was clean.

It's cheap, so expect cockroaches and other bugs. The continental breakfast is bare bones serving essentially old bread and bagels. Sunny D for juice option, and milk for cereal. The toaster is almost broken down. Some staff are nice, others severely rude. Limited electrical outlets no usb for phones. The wifi is surprisingly fast.

Room was very clean. Hotel has recently been updated & new owners now the hotel is so much better rooms are very nice & it feels so much safer to stay staff ate friendly and helpful. Before the new owners the place was run down & it didn't feel safe to stay. Overall I love how it is now.

No breakfast as advertised, rooms were smelly and not clean, air conditioning units in the rooms were noisy and inefficient. Dirt piled up in the hallways, any noise in neighboring rooms and in the hallway could be heard clearly in the rooms as there was visible gaps in the doors.

Room was clean and that's where it ends. Outlets didn't work. New TV and Fridges but no breakfast even though they have a large dining area. No early check in. The area is a dump and easily the worst hotel in town after they demolished the other fleabag hotels.

rocking toilet when you sit

parking was very close and convenient, hotel staff was great, very nice friendly and helpful, I got an early check in give them and A+ I was told the property was under construction/remodeling so there was no breakfast due to that the bed was so nice, very comfortable with the whitest clean sheets there is a computer in the lobby with a printer that is so old, I"m guessing 20 yrs old it can barely turn itself on, I had a short 2 pg document I could have printed but no dice the walls to the building are paper thin you can hear everything and the halls acoustics allow for a strong echo every time a door is shut down the hall two of the three drawers in the dresser had debris in them, in other words hadn't been cleaned I did not use the AC nor the microwave. the brand new fridge and flat screen were great though the toilet tank lid had rounded corners while the tank was rectangular, a total mismatch the toilet itself rocked significantly when you sat down on it but did not leak water when you flushed no towel holders so you had to hang damp towels on the coat rack the desk chair made you feel like you're sliding off to the left

I needed a bed and a shower and this place provided, plus it was clean. It was clear a recent remodel had been done, but they hadn't yet gotten to the bathrooms. But for the price, this place was perfect for what we needed.

UND move in weekend stay

Hotel is currently under remodel but my room was ok. Staff were friendly. Hotel was quiet and i slept better in the bed than i do at home. Super comfortable. I would definitely stay again. I actually stayed 5 days but came for move in weekend.
