Nestled away in a relatively secluded location this cabin is one all can enjoy, as it is still about a mile from the shops and restaurants downtown (About a 15 minute walk into town). The classic floor plan accommodates up to 8 guests and is perfect for families or couples offering 4 private bedrooms and lots of outdoor space for making the most of Colorado’s 300 days of sun. No need to leave the dog or cat behind as both furry friends are welcome here! The main floor opens with a comfortable living space featuring a Smart TV and wood burning stove perfect for snuggling up on a snowy winter evening. Enjoy cooking all your favorite homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The first bedroom on the main floor offers a queen bed and charming canoe decor while the second bedroom offers the full cabin experience with twin bunks the kids are sure to love. The second level of this home is made for comfort and completed with two additional private bedrooms and full bath. The third bedroom features a king bed while the second bedroom offers a queen and twin trundle bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Make memories and cozy up in this quintessential cabin!

Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
