Find a cheap Hotel in Ham Lake

"Booked a 2 night stay. Hotel was clean, front desk service was polite & helpful. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, I wanted to take the pillows because they were like sleeping on clouds. Breakfast area was clean and delicious. Location is great for downtown Minneapolis. Only negative was a the drain in the tub didn’t drain and the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. "

"This place is great, close to everywhere you want to go in downtown Minneapolis. The room was spacious. However, there is some kind of constant noise that made it difficult to fall asleep. I told the front desk about it. Porter said he would shave maintenance take a look and I never heard another word about it. The problem never got addressed. When I checked out and said something about the noise again, the front desk agent acknowledged that yes that is in other rooms as well???? Caleb in Valet was excellent!!!"

"I don’t have a single complaint everything was great. Breakfast was spendy for it being a “continental” type breakfast so wouldn’t recommend it."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean, and the location was perfect for the weekend. We will be staying here again for any future trips to the area! The only complaint I would have is the hotel only does valet parking that is very pricey."
