The staff was great and the hotel looks amazing. We had a river front room with a beautiful view. Hamilton really looks great this time of year with all the lights for the holidays. Our first time staying here and will be back again.

Great place to stay for a weekend trip! Our room was large and clean and quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Decent buffet breakfast and the restaurant right next door is convenient and serves great food! The fitness center had good equipment as well. Perfect location by the river walk. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!

Room facilities were excellent. Staff was helpful and professional. Parking was a little congested but understandable given the location. The riverside view was beautiful and the extra blackout shades made sleeping easy. The breakfast in the morning was fine. Especially loved the liege waffles and thick cut bacon. I would stay here again if my travels required it.

Hotel is charming. Our dinner at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding! The gym is very well equipped and has nice touches! We will definitely stay at The Well House again!

The room was absolutely lovely and very clean. Such a different vibe of a room layout--loved that. We didn't experience the bar or breakfast, but the beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. The only issue we had was that we made our reservation well in advance and when we checked in we were told they oversold King rooms so we had 2 Queens. Didn't love that.
