Upon entering the room we noticed a stink bug on the ceiling. We did inform the front desk and was assured it would be taken care of. After returning after dinner there were two stink bugs in the room. We were asked to vacate the room and given a replacement room. This is the second time we stayed and had the same bug issue. I reached out to the manager and never had a reply on either attempt. It’s concerning to me that a manager couldn’t spend a few minutes to explain and offer an explanation!
