Fantastic!

I have stayed here many times for quick trips into Hartford and every time has been awesome! Staff (especially the night staff) has always been helpful and friendly. Room is great, easy check in and out and any kind of issue is handled right away. I love staying here!

The WiFi was down the down stairs stunk. I walked in asked to cancel my stay because they didn’t have WiFi working an I needed it for work. Then refuse to a charged my card way before I even checked in. Don’t go unless u want to pay for a stay without even staying there.

Staying here when traveling is the best choice!

I always stay at the La Quinta when I have an extra early flight out of Bradley International Airport. They have early shuttles and it makes my trip so effortless. This time I stayed when my plane arrived at 12:30am. The shuttles were still running and I was greeted as if it was the mid afternoon

Just stayed one night before flying home to Florida. The room was very clean, the hotel its self was clean in all areas. My only complaint is i requested a wake up can for 4:15 am to catch the airport shuttle. I was called at 5 am and told the shuttle was leaving in 5 minutes. I didn't make that shuttle there was another one 35 minutes later. The gentleman at the desk told me the wakeup calls are auto-generated. And showed that it had gone through. But all it worked out ok. Things happen.
