The employees were very friendly and accomodating. We only stayed 1 night with our 2 dogs, room was huge and the pet area was small but very well taken care of.

Place is run down. A lot of activity in the parking lot late at night. People just hanging out. Did not feel safe. I’m pretty sure some of the people that live there. You get what you pay for. Never again.

The entire building needs to be renovated. The hotel smells like marijuana and the rooms aren't clean.

My experience at this property was not good, , the cleanliness was very poor. The hallways had a very bad smell, it smell a lot like marijuana the carpets were not vacuum and there was cobwebs in my room, the bathroom the shower the tub was dirty and all it needs to be replaced, I believe they said they say they serve breakfast and we were informed that they only provide coffee in the mornings The beds were very high. We were 3 people and only gave 2 towels

A horrible experience!

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. If I could have found another room elsewhere, I would not have stayed one night. The floors were filthy, elevators broken, microwave broken, bedspreads dirty, hallways smelled like pot, no continental breakfast which was fine because the lobby was disgusting, no phone in the room, etc etc. Overall, a horrible experience!!

I enjoyed the 3 night visit with family. The motel was very convenient to family, good restaurants, and shopping. Also, there was access to a hiking trailhead about a quarter of a mile down the road. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, and the price was within budget. The Vernon Diner was convenient for breakfast. A favorite!
