"The staff are great. Great location. Booked this hotel as it advertised laundry machines which were no longer available and this was not communicated at any point until we went looking for them and asked. The gym was hot every morning. The elevators were very very slow and often unclean."

"The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. However, I specifically chose this hotel because parking was available. When we arrived, however, parking was not available. I was instructed that there was a lot down the street, outside, and I could park there. It was very inconvenient, especially since I had a friend with me who is not capable of walking the few blocks and uses a cane. After asking several times, I was told that some Parking had opened the following morning and I moved the car. I was then charged $87 overnight instead of the advertised 54. The other issue is the fact that there was absolutely no water available in my room the second morning of my visit. There was apparently a plumbing issue and the entire hotel was out. I understand that these things happen, but there was no attempt made to make accommodations or provide water when I inquired at the front desk. There was no running water in the entire hotel, no restrooms, no faucets, nothing. Again, I understand that things happen, however, my bill totaled over $450 for two nights accommodations. Not outrageous, but not an insignificant amount, considering two of the major amenities that I had hoped to expect were unavailable. "

"The pool was cold-plunge level freezing. They told me they were working on it and that it should be warm in a few hours. We waited about 6 hours and it was still freezing cold. Note: there were people in the pool and they (children mostly) were literally shivering. I reached out again and the front desk gave me the same response again. I ended up going to the front desk to address it in person, they told me it’s been an ongoing issue “for a while” and that they would give me an $80 credit (I was there for 2 nights). I picked this hotel because of the pool they have advertised as “heated pool” and the pool is basically one of their main amenities. I was willing to overlook the ice machines not working on several floors, the depressing $27 breakfast buffet they had, no Netflix in the room, and even the inconvenient elevator situation - but the pool not being heated was a big disappointment. "

"Nice to find a clean hotel that’s affordable! The breakfast was decent, the staff is friendly, and although the building is not perfect, you can tell it receives regular maintenance and some good old fashioned elbow grease"
