If you are going to united center this is probably your best option bc that side of town is not great. However it’s SUPER expensive for what you are getting. $200 a night with no complimentary breakfast is criminal. There’s no overhead light in the bedroom portion and the room instead has like 7 lamps… that needs to be fixed. It’s clean and location is good that’s about all it’s got going for it.

4 stars: Would’ve been 5 if they made the $54/night parking fee more apparent and if the elevators were more efficient. Otherwise this was an all around great stay! Walking distance to some amazing Chicago experiences but also quiet enough to feel away from the noise of the city. The parking fee also comes out of the $75 deposit which is convenient. Amazing staff from front desk to house keeping. Not to forget the spacious room and “ridiculously comfortable bed” (that’s coming from someone 6’5” sharing a king).

Got there at 11:30am and got to check in right away. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the room stole the show! I got a corner suite for the price most places charge for a standard room and it was one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

Great choice if you do not mind paying ove 54.00 dlls for daily parking which is not untypical for West Loop Chicago. Great food around the hotel within a walkable area.

Rude female staff

The female staff was horrible, rude and worthless. Especially this lady with short red hair. Overall I wish I've booked elsewhere. The hotel was ok I guess but again the female staff just killed it for me and my family. I do not recommend this place or book here ever again.
