So much more than "just another rental" the Birch & Berry Inn is a quintessential Vermont country inn and flower farm. With winter in full effect you'll find that our charming 4 bedroom inn is a perfect retreat for enjoying it! We are an easy drive to Burlington and the Airport and skiing, hiking, and recreational activities are close by. The inn is also walking distance to Hinesburg restaurants, shops, and breweries. We can offer "special packages" such as wine and flowers upon arrival, ask for details!

The Berry Sunrise room (room #1) is a charming and private room located on the first floor and east side of the inn. This room has a private exterior entrance. The room is light and airy and decorated with local art, hand nailed wide pine flooring, comfortable furniture and more.

The room features a queen sized bed and private bathroom with a large tiled shower. One of four private rooms, this room is slightly larger than the other three and the space was built with accessibility in mind. The room has a sitting area and can be rented jointly with an adjacent room to create a larger 2 bedroom apartment for traveling families. Please inquire for special rates to rent both rooms. There is a smart TV with all of the popular streaming apps, a one shot coffee maker, and we are proud to offer Lunaroma soaps and shampoos as well as Vermont's Own Bag Balm skin care products.

Our inn has a shared common room where you will find a fancy espresso/coffee/latte maker for your enjoyment, DVDs, games, and books. We also put out the occasional sourdough baked good and treats and offer a hot cocoa/tea station on those chilly Vermont days.

We are located in town, but on an expansive 4 acre lot where we operate a small, but growing berry and flower farm. We have chickens, 3 resident goats (Gari, Perry and Ollie), and space to roam. Come enjoy all that we have to offer at a great rate.
