THIS IS AN ALL ELECTRIC UNIT!

You will know why it’s called Emerald Bay when you drive down the long sloping road and you begin to see the main lake section of sparkling clean waters of Table Rock Lake. The magnificent view of the water and the countryside will take your breath away. You will know that you have arrived at one of the most beautiful areas of Missouri. Emerald Bay surely is a family, couples', boaters' and fisherman's delight. Just a short ride to all the fun and activities Branson has to offer. You will enjoy yourself with so many activities for all ages and interests, and then be able to return to your comfortable condo and relax around the pool or just sit on the porch in the peaceful and beautiful setting.

Our Garden Condo features 3 bedrooms with king size beds. The condo also has 3 full baths and easy access to lake, marina, swimming and more. You'll also love the nice private 3-season porch with additional dining area.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

THE CLEANING FEE OF A 125 $ is to be left for the house keeper when the GUEST departure.

Andrea was the wonderful host! She was very accessible for questions and provided lots of suggestions for visiting the area for the first time. The beds for the most comfortable I've ever stayed at in a VRBO and having the three seasons room screened in was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while the rest of the family was slowly waking up. The blue driving down to the neighborhood the views of the water are stunning. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Summer Vacation with Teen boys

Our stay was amazing! Relaxing and quiet condo. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Pools were not crowded and the sunsets were beautiful. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future!!!

We really love this location. It's nice being on Table Rock Lake, where we spend most of our time. It's close enough to all the attractions on the strip and it was very close to other family members who were staying at Big Cedar Lodge.

First, Andrea made sure we knew all about the property prior to arrival. The view, the check in process, how to contact people to rent boats, etc. she let us know the best routes to get where we needed to go. Upon arrival, we went through a haired community. Love this for safety. Then arrival at home. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Mattresses were comfortable. Which is a high expectation of mine. King beds all rooms. There were even committed such as shampoo conditioner and body wash in case you forgot. There were more towels then we could use. Every question I had I could call her and she would respond in just a few minutes to help me out. I would just say the view is exceptional. Customer service is exceptional. And the comfort was exceptional of the property. There is a code you can go swim or fishing that’s a walkaway. there is a pool to swim in. I have no complaints.

Wonderful Condo

This was a wonderful condo that was located in a beautiful setting. It had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. It was conveniently located to all of the attractions we attended. Our host, Andrea Cunningham, gave us many suggestions as to what to visit while in the Branson area. She also gave us very simple and complete instructions about the condo. We had a wonderful time and made many memories.

Hollister vacation

The property was beautiful, well stocked and comfortable. We had a little mix up at check in that was instantly resolved. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Condo was very clean. Even though it wasn’t in the middle of all the activity, it was a quick drive to everything. I liked the location near the lake. It was very quiet and peaceful. I would stay there again.

This unit was perfect for our family . Love the back porch and spent evenings out there playing cards. Andrea was so easy to communicate with and was quick to answer any questions. We had everything we needed for our stay and would definitely stay there again. Also loved the shuffleboard by the pool.
