Budget conscious

For those looking for a cheap place to stay, location is great; however we would not stay again. House is very bare bones, and maybe that is what I should have expected for the cost. Everything provided was low budget quality. Towels, bedding, the pillows - awful, hand soap, shampoo, etc. I understand low budget, but cleanliness should not be impacted by price. Even after I called to let them know it wasn’t clean upon our arrival, there was still a ring in the toilets and our feet were dirty from walking around the floors. Coffee pot didn’t work. Neither did the hot water in the kitchen. What could have been such a cute home left us with a very lukewarm impression.

Softball nationals and lake trip

We visited Branson for softball nationals. We did not want to be in Branson but close. We were perfectly close to the lake and state park marina being less then a mile from the marina house. And between 15 and 30 minutes from everything else. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick holiday weekend

We had a nice weekend stay at this cottage. The home was 2+ Bedrooms. The 3rd was a small room fitted with bunk beds. The house was week furnished and decorated. E did not get a chance to try the pool since it was winter. Only 2 critiques were the parking was a little odd for our unit. We had to walk along a fence to get to our front door. In addition the front room received a lot of noise from the street. There was a sound machine but that only helps so much. The management could do a little more to help be sure guests are quiet after hours. Overall loved our stay. My family wants to come back.

Lake get away

We enjoyed our stay! Great location and Condo had plenty of room. Kids loved the pool and the slide. State Park Marina is only a few minutes away to rent a boat. Only suggestion would be to get new pillows. The current ones are not very soft of comfortable. Other than that everything was great!

Clean and Spacious!

This was perfect for our family. It feels very new, almost like we were the first ones to stay there. Everything we needed was there. We appreciated that the living room had plenty of seating and recliners.

Host home trip

We are a host family for developmentally disabled adults. Along with two special ladies we shared a 3 bedroom vacation home that was quite new and fit our needs well! The gps didn’t work due the newness of the property. The rental agency was super helpful getting us to the home. The pools were nice! What a great place! Rent Branson was very helpful

Cute and clean but had water issues

We absolutely loved this property and how new, cute, clean, and accommodating it was. It was a super short walk to the new, well-maintained pool and pickle ball courts, which our kids loved and played daily. The property even had paddles and balls to us! The marina was also super close, which was nice. However, I don’t think we will come back. On the second day of our time there, our water started smelling like sulfur. Yep, like rotten eggs. We had to shower in it, but we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. The whole place smelled like rotten eggs when people were showering or washing dishes. We called and complained but were told there was nothing they could do about it. All the units had that same issue. They said that the health department tested the water the week before and it was safe. We were incredibly disappointed and it was very disgusting. We talked to several other families at the pool and everyone said their units had that same smell.

Really great place!

Everything was perfect! The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. The house was exactly as described, and the neighborhood it’s in is wonderful, and very close to all the Branson attractions! Only thing I’d caution is that the pool with water slide is not heated so the water is ice cold until probably 3pm on a very sunny day.
