It is hard to get to this property. You have to go back in to the airport to reach it. No matter what direction we came, Google routed us around the Post office or into the terminal going round and round. The Best Western Plaza hotel is better for amenities and location that is easily accessedl. We thought we would try something different and will be going back to the Plaza on future quick trips to Oahu. For a nearly $30 resort fee they give you a ticket for 2 free drinks at the bar, but no water bottles in the room. It would be nice if you could get two bottles of water as an option. Aside from coffee in the room, that's all you get for your $30/nt resort fee. Parking is another $30-40. As we left the Front desk for our room the hallways had a bad smell which was combined with heavy air freshener use. Dark elevators. You could feel the springs on the side of the bed when getting in and out of bed. Do not recommend, even if just for one night.

When arriving to the hotel we were met by a very rude women, Suzy, behind the desk. She had an attitude about everything especially when we had questions. The room itself was not anything special, Adequate at best. I would not recommend this property to anyone as it may seem appealing by it’s convenience and its initial low price, but after several extra fees that are mandatory plus parking it’s price almost doubles.

Considering that is probably the oldest hotel on the block I expected more from it.Hotel is in poor condition and hasn’t been upgraded in a while probably the 90’. I rented this for 10 days because of the geolocation traveling all around the island and having a car rental from the airport. However the parking is 45$/day😂and I suggest not using their parking. I parked easily on public road Koapaka St(between Shell&McDonald’s)for all my stay well lit area with traffic and FREE 5min walk from the hotel. Beds are terrible. Came back with a back pain. Beds are old school and not comfortable at all. For my baby they gave me the worst baby crib ever.. looked like 1945 leftovers.. so I ended up getting my baby to sleep in bed with me+they knew in advance that I have a baby and they got me a room by the bar&pool side with music and karaoke and ended up moving to a different room. Paid loads of money and breakfast is not included.. they charge 25$ per person for some oatmeal’s,eggs,tea,coffee etc😂( again I suggest McDonald’s 5$)

good for 1 night stay close to airport.

Was great for a 1 night stay before an early flight. Clean, pool was fun for the kids. Room is a little outdated but comfortable enough. Heads up- shuttle to airport is only once an hour... the first (5 am ) shuttle to the airport was super busy, it filled up and they came back for the rest of us... it was fine, didn't wait terribly long, just something to be aware of.

Everything went well except for when we checked in especially when I had paid for breakfast for 2 but somehow the service lady told us that breakfast was not included in our reservation when I did ask her twice that it should have been included.
