Room needed an upgrade, furniture looked old. With the cost of the room and resort fees, they could of giving us an updated room. Hyatt is loosing their touch. They used to welcome you(if you're a repeat customer)with a lei. Now you have to buy it from a vending machine. I will not patronize this establishment again. I'll wait for the new Hilton.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Close to everything. The staff was superb, especially Joe at check in and Tess at Shor at the breakfast buffet. Thank you for being so kind to us. Our room with the ocean view was beautiful and the mini suite was the best around for the price. The only area needing some work are the repairs that need moved along. The elevators, our room safe, the shower head. But overall is still a great place to stay.

Staff was great. Property was across the street from beach which was great. Many amenities at hotel. Property is in need of renovations.

Yeah, when they want to check in, they didn’t have our three rooms together. I didn’t get three rooms with king size beds, and it took almost an hour and a half to check in because they couldn’t get their crap together.

Great view ! Beautiful manicured Gardens .. walkable distance to a lot of places. Kai Coffee was our go to for breakfast or a cold coffee. The only little setback was when we first got there and got our key bands we had to find out on our own that the first 2 numbers were floor numbers.Anyway the rest of our stay was amazing and the views from our Balcony of Waikīkī was nothing less than Magical. Room was super clean !! We absolutely loved it and enjoyed our stay !!! Definitely Recommend Hyatt Waikīkī 💯 as we totally enjoyed our stay and we are already making plans for another visit in a couple of years. Thank / Mahalo and here’s hoping we see you soon ❤️🤗🌺
