This home is a remodeled studio with a kitchenette, full bath, private lanai and garage parking for one vehicle. This unit is located on the 11th floor. Elevators are available.
*Important to note* Exterior Concrete Repair & Painting Project starting on 10/27/25. Duration: approximately 6-12 months (weather & conditions permitting). Work hours: M-F, 8am-4:30pm (excluding weekends & holidays). Noise hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (jackhammering, grinding, and vibration expected). Outdoor lanai furniture will be moved inside during lanai repairs & contractors may secure lanai doors from outside (our unit is part of the 4/6/26-5/29/26 phase of the project, but this is an estimated timeline & subject to change). Easy access to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head Monument/Hike, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Waikiki Zoo, and Waikiki Aquarium.

Having stayed here before, we knew exactly what to expect: an unbeatable location without the luxury hotel price tag. Check-in was seamless, the place was spotless, and the hostâs communication was top-tier.While there was some construction noise, the host was transparent about it in the ad, so we were prepared. The street noise can be a bit loud in the evening, but it quiets down after 10:00 PM; honestly, after a long day of exploring, we slept right through it (though a pair of earplugs is a good idea!). The included parking spot was a huge plus. If you need a solid "home base" in the heart of Waikiki rather than a 5-star resort, this is it. With Starbucks, affordable coffee at McDonaldâs, and a great steakhouse downstairs, you have everything you need within steps.
Before I list pros and cons, I will start by saying we would absolutely stay here again!!
Pros:
1. Location is AWESOME, the beach is so close and theres so many places around to shop and eat.
2. The reserved parking spot is a game changer if you have a carâŠwe were confused how to get to our car from the elevator..you have to go to level 2!
3. The room was a perfect size for a coupleâŠI probably wouldnât want more than us two staying, maybe 1 kid but itâs perfect for 2 people!
4. Check in was a BREEZE!
5. The fridge was huge and the lanai was awesomeâŠit was great to have a big tv and a dresser filled with drawers and a closet for our clothes.
Cons:
1. This didnât bother us but just want to mention if youâre expecting a quiet sleepâŠit is a very loud area, youâre right above a bar that plays live music every night. Again, we actually enjoyed thisâŠwe kept the sliding door open and listened to the music while we got ready for bed!
2. The bed is a full, so it is definitely small for a coupleâŠbut its doable..they only supply one blanket which felt very usedâŠso we slept with the sheets.
3. The AC is not very strong so we had 2 fans going as well as the AC to try to keep the room cool.
4. The stopper in the tub doesnt work, it doesnât suction so the water drains out but the tub is very outdated anyway so it wasnât a space I really wanted to take a bath inâŠbut the one night I did, I couldnt because the water drained out.
5. The toilet runs a lot.
Property close to everything. Nice and clean. Great for a couple, small for a family of 4-2 kids. Parking garage wouldâve been a nightmare had a staff member not helped us. Extremely confusing but once you get the hang of it, it is what it is. The A/C in our room barely cooled the room. Barely. Other than the parking and a/c all was good but like I said- better suited for a couple based on the size
