Parking is a big issue at this location. The parking staff was not helpful. I was unhappy that I was charged $30 for parking each day but had to wait in my car in the evening on multiple days for employees to leave work for a parking spot to become available.

Never go there

Terrible would never stay there again we had 2 double rooms and paid in full. We had to pay an extra $180 usd as we had 4 adults in room. My friend had herself and 2 children and she never got charged any extra. They charge $30 per night parking, $15 per day next door. Pool was closed for 2 days not much shading around pool.

This property conveniently did not mention their pool was under construction. So I would like a refund on the resort fees I had to pay, resort fees include amenities that were not included in the stay. That would make sense at least. Please contact me.

It was in prime location, across the street from Hawaiian Hilton, felt safe walking to the ocean, only thing I wasn’t a fan of was parking. Out of 6 night we had to park else where for 2 of them. But overall would stay there again

Stayed for 2 nights prior to boarding a cruise. Great location to be able to walk to the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean. It is a dated property and does not seem to have had any renovations/updates since it was built.

Very comfortable accomodation. Staff very pleasant. Nice pool and outdoor area. Room has microwave, small fridge, coffee maker with coffee sachets, teabags, disposable cups, and creamer provided. No cutlery, China cups or plates provided. Very walkable area handy to ABC stores, McDonald’s, Subway. On bus route. Easy walk to Ala Moana. One block from the beach. Would stay again.

Anyway, this hotel is so cheap even though it’s close to Waikīkī Beach and clean. There are 3 laundries in the hotel and we can rent towels for the pool or beach or anything else so basically I can use it. It's convinced for me. I appreciate. Thank you
