The Location
On your walk to the sand, you’ll be able to stop in a variety of shops, cafes, or restaurants that line the main street. While staying at this townhouse, you’ll have access to the Fortebello Beachside community pool complete with loungers, new pergola and cabana area. There are even nice paths around the bass fishing pond if you feel up for a stroll on the property's grounds. Jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, and other boat rentals surround this Indian Harbour Beach area. Grocery stores, shopping centers, and plenty of other sites within walking distance help make this townhome the ideal home-away-from-home on the coast! The USSSA Sports Facility is just a 25-minute drive from this townhome so you can attend that must-see game with ease. The local paddle and oars park and yacht club are also a must visit!
The Space
Charming Coastal townhome built in 2019. This townhome offers an open floor plan with enjoyable amenities for everyone. It makes for an excellent home away from home w/ the beautiful open kitchen & living room, 2 king beds, 4 twin beds, sleeper sofas, & room for air mattresses.
The brand new fully equipped kitchen is every chef’s dream complete with a long center island, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Prepare 3-course meals or beachfront picnics with ease.
Unwind from your day with a relaxing luxurious living space. Relax on the large, spacious patio for a game of cornhole, big connect four, or giant Jenga. Enjoy the sea breeze while swaying in the hammocks. Don’t forget the foosball table located in the game room upstairs!
Finally, retreat to the bedroom for a peaceful, quiet night's sleep. Every bedroom is also outfitted with a Smart TV so you can curl up in bed and watch your favorite series. There is plenty of closet space and hangers for all your favorite outfits, and a small luggage rack for your bags. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony that overlooks a beautiful view of the pool & pond.

There is plenty of parking available! Entire Townhome and Community Pool- codes will be given upon booking.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the entire space; kitchen, laundry, garage, pantry, etc.
- Check-in is anytime after 3PM- Early check-in is available upon request (depending on housekeeping schedule) for an additional $150.
- Check out by 10AM
-Check In/Out instructions will be sent via message the day before.
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Noise which disturbs neighbors is prohibited 24 hours per day. Please be considerate.
- Smoking/Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.
- A $500 deposit will be applied to the booking credit card the day of arrival and will be refunded back to the credit card 3 days after check-out. This deposit will cover any damages during your stay. Broken house rules will be determined by the hosts on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply. Damages and additional charges are non-negotiable.
- Guest(s) must lock the doors upon checking out
Other things to note
NO Smoking! - Rentals will be charged a non-compliance fee of $500 if evidence of ANY smoking is found.

Clean and comfortable house close to Melbourne beach in FL

We had a great stay for 4 days at Tricia and Dave's 3 bedroom house. The beds were very comfortable, the location is 1/2 hr away from cruise port and 10 mins driving distance from nearby beach, we spent the newyears eve at this place, playing cards and jenga, huge connect four games that they had placed in their property and created great memories.The house is very close to Corey's bagels, starbucks, smoothie shop which we walked to few times during our stay. The pool was right across the house that our kids just went by themselves, it was clean. All the bedrooms and bunk beds were comforatble and as described. We enjoyed the patio for just one day, due to rain and gloomy weather, we just satyed indoors but otherwise there is plenty of patio space with outdoor furniture for people to hang out. The biggest plus for the house is that the house was extremely clean and smelled new. The house was well decorated and minimalist at the same time. There were some minor inconveniences which I hope they can fix, which were lack of kitchen spices, oil , toilet roll, laundry detergent, extra sheets for the pull out sofa etc ... we purchased them at walmart but it wasnt a big deal. Overall I will recommend this place for families.

Relaxing experience

The property was amazing and exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a relaxing vacation with family. We are a larger family with 6 children and 1 grandchild and Tricia our host even brought over a crib for us to use when she found out we had a 6 month old with us. Laying around the pool was nice as most people were also vacationing and it was never crowded. Walking distance to the beach which was very nice and never crowded. Grocery store and restaurants near by. The property had additional luxuries that we didn't expect like a pool table, corn hole for outside, I think about 12 beach chairs we were able to use and not travel with and much more. We will be returning to this destination and property! I wouldn't hesitate to book with this host at this property!

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable

We needed a place for two weeks while we were having renovations done to our home. We love living beachside and this place kept is in the area. It is everything it advertised conveniently located near the beach and shopping, very clean and comfortable.

Gorgeous home

The place was beautiful, and had everything we needed. Tricia was fantastic with communication, and sincerely offered to help in anyway she could. The place was so turn key, we didn’t need any help at all. A wonderful stay, and a fantastic host!

Amazing spot.

This is a beautiful spot. The house is in great condition and very modern. Kitchen is very modern and is packed with all the housewares you need. The beds are super comfortable and the outside patio makes a great place to relax. The host are hospitable and easy to communicate with. They added some great touches to the house! Beach is only a short walk away and there's plenty of activities and things to do in the area. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks again for a great stay!

Beautiful house in a great location!

The property looked exactly like the listing photos. Residence was immaculately clean. Location was great, close enough to a main road but still secluded inside its neighborhood. The check-in process was a breeze. Host communication was also great and my questions were answered almost immediately. I would definitely book here again, would recommended!

Amazing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was absolutely amazing. Easy access to the pool. Everything you need is available. Almost impossible to walk with small kids to the beach. The road is busy. However it is a short drive to the beach and excellent parks. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It is great. We will stay there again when back in the area.

Beautiful home and location

This home is modern and extremely clean. You feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. It's located in a nice enclave and is accessible to a number of fun places you can walk to for smoothies, breakfast, nail salons, shopping and more. Easy walk or drive to the beach and other local restaurants and attractions. Beds very comfortable and nice big bathrooms.

Lovely & spacious home away from home

We loved the location, so close to the beach and stores & restaurants within walking distance! Looks even better in person. We will definitely stay again.
