Just a short walk from the Coachella Valley festivals and close to tennis tournaments. This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a private backyard with pool and spa! Enjoy resort style amenities: from golf to tennis, to pickleball, to basketball courts, to multiple community pools and spas, to gym, library and restaurant all in the community within minutes from the home. Only golf and restaurant fees applies, the rest of the amenities are inclusive. This is a gated and safe community with great grounds for walks. It is located in the heart of Coachella Valley, close to restaurants, spas and shopping that La Quinta and Palm Desert have to offer. Within walking of Polo Grounds to watch a match or to attend Coachella, Stagecoach or Power Trip Festivals. Only 4 people per home can be given access to gym, pickleball, tennis and community pool. Paperwork must be submitted 3 days prior to arrival (not available for 1 night stays).

Kitchen:
The spacious kitchen with a big counter top features all stainless steel appliances:oven, fridge, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, blender, waffle maker, mixer.
Filtered for drinking water.
Plus, a Keurig Coffee Machine and traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans) for Coffee lovers. Different kinds of coffee and teas are also provided.
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring cups and more. We also provide spices, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.

2.5 Bathrooms:
The bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
House Supplies:
Home is stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods.

NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.

POOL/SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee).
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
There is a key chain remote to the left of the sliders for the spa controls.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

PET(s) Policy:
- Please let us know if you are going to be accompanied by a service dog.
Service dogs up to 20 Lb are welcome. We allow for up to two pets at the property for a fee of $150 per pet & $500 refundable pet damage deposit added to your reservation and you will also still be responsible for any damages the service animal does during the duration of the stay.
Guests must comply with these requirements:
-Pets are NOT permitted in the pool/spa at any time
-Pets are NOT allowed in the bedrooms
-Pets are NOT allowed on the beds or on furniture
-Pets cannot be left unattended on the property
-Please clean after pets appropriately
-Please note, if any extra cleaning after pets will be required, $50 per/hour will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Pets must NOT be allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control.
This also goes for any guests that you may have over that brings a service animal. Penal code 367.5 will be enforced.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out

CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

City of Indio Vacation Rental Rules

NOISE/MUSIC/CROWDS
City ordinance 95C stipulates that the use or operation of any sound production or reproduction device, radio receiving set, musical instrument, drums, phonograph, television set, loud speakers, sound amplifier or other similar machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area of the city is prohibited.
MUSIC SHOULD BE CELL PHONE/LAPTOP VOLUME LEVELS

Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result in a citation, fine, or imprisonment. In the case of multiple short-term rental violations, home owners can lose their short-term rental privilege.

We have a contactless check-in procedure and a team of host and co-host to help during your stay as well as a local team of cleaning, maintenance and emergency contacts.

Please note that we have surveillance cameras on the property. These cameras are all located on the exterior of the house ONLY, not in private areas.

It is your responsibility to inform your guests of these rules and make sure they comply regardless if they are day/overnight guests of yours.

CHECK-IN TIME and CHECK-OUT TIME:
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM on every reservation. Check out time 10 am. An additional charge will be added for any non-approved late check-outs ($50 per hour). It can be flexible if you ask ahead of time.
LATE DEPARTURE WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have not vacated the premises by 10:00 am without prior approval for a later check-out time, you will be charged $50 per hour.

Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is limited to 12 and or the number of guests stated at the time of booking and or on contract.

NOISE DISTURBANCES:
Quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am Friday and Saturday
Quiet time is from 9:00 pm - 8:00 am Sunday to Thursday
Please be respectful of all neighbors. If we receive any complaints, we will attempt to contact you once to request that you reduce the level of noise. If noise continues you may be asked to vacate the property without any refund.

PARKING:
There is NO street parking allowed after 7 pm. There is parking for about 2 cars in the driveway and 1 in the garage. If you park on the street in the day you must be with the flow of traffic. If you park in the street and do not follow this rule or if you park in the street without permission from the property manager, it is a $200 fee per car per night.


EARLY DEPARTURE/EVICTION POLICY: NO REFUNDS for early departure and/or eviction in any circumstance.

Outdoor Heater:
Outdoor heaters are available to rent for $75/heater which includes 1 can of propane. Please reach out if interested.

Please Note: All fines or penalties incurred during your stay are the sole responsibility of the guest.
