Set on over an acre, The Compound’s outdoor space is designed for ultimate relaxation and fun. Enjoy the private pool and spa adorned with twinkling string lights, lounge on the poolside chairs, or gather around the covered dining area for 12 guests. The outdoor amenities also feature a BBQ grill, ping pong table, cornhole and oversized checkers. The lush yard showcases old-growth date palms, citrus trees, and desert cacti.

Inside, the Main House offers a spacious open-concept layout ideal for group gatherings. The living room boasts comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a TV, seamlessly connecting to the game room equipped with a pool table, seating area, record player, and mini fridge. The fully equipped kitchen includes place settings, flatware, glassware, and all the essentials for meal preparation, while the dining area features built-in seating for 10, plus 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar.

The Main House comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Primary Suite features a King bed, TV, and an en suite bath. Bedroom 2 offers a King bed, TV, and shared hall bathroom. Suite 3 has 2 Queen beds, and en suite bath. Bedroom 4 has 2 Queen beds, and shares the hall bath with Bedroom 2. There is an additional sofa bed in the game room.

The 2-bedroom Guest House provides additional privacy and comfort. It includes a full kitchen, dining area for 4 plus 2 at the bar, and a living room with a TV. Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed, while Bedroom 2 has 2 Double beds. A full bath with a shower completes this space.

Additional features include wireless internet, high-quality linens, bath and pool towels, a starter set of soaps in each bathroom, and a fully equipped laundry room. Lots of parking for 10+ cars.

The location of The Compound is unbeatable, with direct proximity to the Coachella Music and Arts Festival—just across the street! It’s also a short drive to Old Town La Quinta, known for its restaurants, shops, live music, farmer’s market, and events. Other nearby attractions include The Indian Wells Tennis Gardens (6 miles away), the famous El Paseo shopping district (10 miles), and easy access to Interstate 10 for trips to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley destinations.

The place was good for our group of 12, it easily slept 12 as advertised. The downside were the master bed was very squeaky and impossible to sleep on, we had to put the mattress on the floor in order to sleep also it is right on an intersection of two busy roads and the road noise made it hard to sleep. The place is nice but a little run down. The sliding door in the little house didn’t slide very well so was really hard to open. The inside of the house was clean but the outside was not clean.

Palm springs trip

The property was nice. It looked nicer than the actual quality of the home and what was inside. The property manager switched our home locations right before we got on the flight to come to CA. Overall nice location and home but horrible experience with the property manager.

Too noisy

This house is nice and well equipped but its on a very busy corner and the traffic noise is BAD!! The controls for the jacuzzi were also not working so Daher had to control it remotely. It was kind of like asking daddy if we could go out to play. Daher was VERY accommodating but it was a little awkward. The only other thing is there is no natural grass so if your dog likes to do their business in grass, they won’t be very happy. Other than that this is a nice property that is great for a large group having an outdoor party.

Great house with pool

I rented the property for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend getaway. The property was very spacious, has a good size pool, and plenty of parking spaces. It was perfect for the weekend. You do have to contact the owner to turn on the jacuzzi, but owner is very responsive. We had a great time!

Beautiful Getaway

This property is wonderful. My family of 4 came to rest and relax together. The space can accommodate large groups, but was also perfect for our smaller size. There is a bit of wear and tear, but it definitely lives up to the photos with fun, clean, and creative decor. The pool was well maintained (and so beautiful at night with the colored lights and hanging Edison lights). Finally, Daher was so responsive, kind, and easy to work with. We would recommend this spot and stay here again happily.

Amazing Bachelorette Weekend

I stayed here in May 2019 for my bachelorette party and everyone LOVED this house. We stayed after the Coachella season so it was a reasonable price compared to other nice houses. It's one of the few nice places to rent that let you have more freedom since it's managed by Daher and friends instead of a management company. We stayed on a windy weekend (first day) so the pool area was a little gross with leaves and debris but it was not their fault. Daher came to meet us and had a pool guy come the next morning. Daher was very friendly and helpful and they just got new dishes when we stayed. They have an awesome speaker at the house that is LOUD that we brought outside when we were in the pool and inside when we were getting ready for a night out. We forgot a speaker so this was great, and it was better than what I had at home. Rooms are SO NICE, I stayed in the master and it was great. Only complaint my girls had was both bathrooms are near the front of the house which was barely an inconvenience but it was out of the way for the pool/kitchen and 2 rooms, but I didn't mind. We all definitely want to go back. I didn't see or hear a single neighbor, but the property next door is also owned by Daher so that's good to know if every having a HUGE party and want to rent both. Had the best time ever... oooh and the lights under the jacuzzi are so fun at night!!! =)

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

In all honesty I don’t have anything good to say about our experience. We traveled to the Coachella Valley for our 4th Spring Break with another family—4 adults and 5 kids. Upon arrival at the house the only word I have to say is disgusting! Upon entering the property we found the pool was dirty and had algae growing in it, the patio cushions were soiled and in complete disarray, there was a nasty orange couch on the patio that was also soiled, there was trash on the patio, the tables were covered in dried spilled drinks, there were also multiple sketchy looking out buildings also on the property that are not in photos or in the house description. We then entered the house to find more of the same—dented appliances, missing cabinet doors, broken countertops, stained furniture, the door jambs were filthy with fingerprints and filth and there was chipped paint and well as banged up looking furniture throughout the house. The house is also located on an incredibly busy corner which was not stated in the house description. The pool area is not at all private as the neighbors driveway looks right into the pool/covered area. The gates and fences into the property were low and unlocked—anyone could walk off of the street and onto the property. This is not a house we felt safe or comfortable staying in. Upon contacting the property manager indcating we did not feel comfortable staying at this home, we were offered new patio furniture and for the pool to be cleaned. This was not acceptable to us and we chose to find another home to rent for our stay. We attempted several times to contact the property manager to rectify the situation and provide us a full refund (as we did not stay in the home) to which we to date have not received a response on. We were left scrambling to find new accommodations and are now out several thousand of dollars and out 2 days of our vacation due to this. To say that our experience has been a nightmare is an understatement. VRBO has been of no help so we are having to take further action. Beware of this property and property owners. We are average people and do not feel like we are being unreasonable—we just want a clean and safe place for our families to enjoy our vacation. We did all we could to be fair and reasonsble through this situation. This home is strongly misrepresented, the photos and description are not at all what you get. In the future we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Although the houseis spacious, it is a bit tired. The master bedroom and bath are quite nice, but the other bedrooms are in need of mattress updating and new, better fitting mattress covers. The location of the house is on the corner of two very busy streets that seem to serve as drag strips all night long. That took a bit of getting used to. The couch outside needs to be removed and replaced. It is dirty and very worn. The outside barbeque shuts on and off from underneath and that is it; the controls do nothing, ...very inconvenient...The pool and hot tub got lots of use, but once again, about 1/2 the bulbs out there do not work, and easily remedied fix if maintenance was a priority. When we got there, there was no wifi for even tv.. Half the house including the kitchen and one bath (there are only 2) had no hot water. During our stay, the toilet clogged twice and once overflowed while we were out for the day. There were only 2 wine glasses and silverware forks for only six. To his credit, Daher was very good at getting people in to remedy every situation almost immediately (always within 20 minutes) but some of the problems (hot water, wifi and cable) could have been avoided with a bit of pre-arrival preparation. The pool table got a lot o0f use; it is level and in good shape. If you are looking for a large house that will very comfortably hold a crowd, this would be a good rental. I can see it being a good "party house" for the festival. If you are looking for a quiet, restful stay, look elsewhere. The children in our group thought the house was awesome due to the good pool, hot tub and pool table. The adults, not so much due to the tiredness of the beds, hiccups all week long with the plumbing, all night parties in the neighborhood Christmas Eve, and constant street noise. Some of this is not correctable, but some of it is and needs to be done. I would have to say the best thing about this place other than its size is Daher...he tried to make things right, but things just kept breaking. Like I said before, everything he could do, he did oin a very timely manner, and I really appreciate that, Just be aware that the feature he advertises is that it is the closest home to the Coachella festival...that says it all.

Great backyard for entertaining

Enjoyed backyard with pool and spa. Lots of room for cornhole and ladderball games. Kids had lots of fun. Pool table got lots of use. Spacious quarters. Owner very accommodating and easy to contact. Great location for Coachella event. Was on busy corner, but Traffic noise was not that bad. Lots of parking and gated front yard.

The house was clean and very well maintained. The owner is very very nice and welcoming. The weekend went perfect! The only downside i can say was the neighbor who played loud mariachi music up until 5am!! But thats not the owner’s fault so it was okay.

Lots of room both in the house and in the yard for my whole family. Appreciated all the sitting room outside for our Thanksgiving feast. Loved that we could park off the street. Plenty of room for our 5 cars. TV’s in all but one bedroom 2 large sofas, pool table we just had a great time.

Perfect property for surprise birthday party!

The house was perfect for my husbands 30th birthday party. It was spacious and slept 12 people comfortably with room to spare. The pool area was awesome for lounging or playing volleyball and had the perfect amount of both sun and shaded areas. The owner was extremely accommodating and always returned my texts/phone calls within minutes. Each member of the group was more than impressed with the communication and services provided. We will definitely be returning to the property for more fun with family and friends.
