Beach House with Backyard Oasis

This beautifully renovated beach house is a dream oasis for your next vacation. Centrally nestled in the perfect location on the Isle of Palms, this home is 2 short blocks from 2 beach access points, 2 blocks from the Isle of Palms public park, and a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk to downtown IoP with restaurants, coffee shops, the grocery store, beach stores, and more. Additionally, our home sits on a quiet street with little traffic for when you're ready to relax and enjoy time with family.

The space
Inside the home, you'll feel as comfortable as ever with two Master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the main floor and two additional bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom in between. The two spacious Master suites have their own access to the wrap around deck out back, making you just a few steps away from your bed to the rocking chairs on the back deck where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening sunset. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel Italian appliances and a wet bar around the corner for preparing morning coffee or evening cocktails. The backyard boasts tropical landscaping, a large in-ground pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, and an outdoor firepit all under a gorgeous live oak tree canopy. In addition to these amenities, there's also a brand-new lounge and entertainment space underneath the house with a half bathroom, outdoor shower, dry bar, ping pong table, foosball table and several smart TV's that are sure to enhance any family gathering.

Guests will have access to the entire home minus the garage areas and a couple small closets the owners use to store their personal belongings.

Great layout for three guests or three couples (separate full baths in all cases, including two separated main-level en suites). Quiet area, just a few blocks walk to public beach access. Clean. Short drives to grocery store, restaurants, etc. on Isle of Palms. Easy in and out to Charleston for sightseeing and dining. Highly recommend!

House and property was nice, unfortunately cleaning people were still in house past check in time(4:15) Could have disregarded little things like water filled soap dispenser in bathroom and missing items supposed to be in home, however, there were no linens for guest on sofa bed first night. There were not enough pool towels for even one per person and only one towel was even given per guest for showering. Welcome card was from a previous guest. Hot tub never got hot and owner said we were not following directions properly. However, they are pretty basic and we had an electrician and builder in our group. Biggest issue was being ghosted by owner on second day to tell him the code to get in house was not working. We assume it never got updated since we arrived and cleaning people were still in home. We had to take all our valuables with us every time we left the house. Never heard a word until automated message about check out which by the way on the VRBO app states check out time is 11 in multiple places but in owner’s house and on today’s message says 10 AM or earlier.

Perfect place for the family

The house was clean, organized, and had all that we needed. The pool was so nice we spent most of our days in it instead of going to the beach. The amount of beds and overall space was great for 8 of us and felt like we could have personal space when needed. Will be checking to see if the home is available for any future visits.

Getaway in Isle of the Palms

The house was beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool, hot tub and screened in porch were our favorite parts of the house. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. I was grateful for all the support that Frank provided during our stay and beforehand when I had questions. The location of the home was perfect as it is close to the beach, but also a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this home and hope to be back soon.
