Beautiful villa on second floor corner with great views of the pool & ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and all modern appliances. Washer & dryer off kitchen, access to screen porch from both living room and bedroom, flat screen tvs, DVD player, Blu-Ray,WiFi. Elevator and community pool. Linens. No Smoking. No Pets.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Love the open space and all the windows. Everything in the unit is convenient, but never felt small. The screened in porch was our living room most of the week. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet everything was.

Just for a long weekend

Great location! Place was nice and pool was nice. Kitchen space is tight, but we didn't do any cooking. Only 2 complaints, there were absolutely no hangers for hanging clothes and the shower head needs some TLC or be replaced.

I had an awesome stay at the house, it was amazing to eat on the screened in porch steps away from the pool and beach! Check in and out was extremely easy and had 0 issues throughout the week. I would love to stay here again!

Service was way above expectations...we had 2 small problems and they were fixed quickly with just a text message. The view was beautiful and it was a short walk to the beach....the pool was close too...only one very small complaint that the pool could have been cleaner.....we would definitely rent again....the price was excellent.

The location could not be bet The pool was not cleaned daily.ter. The apartment is tired and in need of painting and a new bed. The kitchen had a broken coffee pot which we replaced due to the agent's lack of responding to our request.

Easy peasy

While these condos aren’t brand new and pristine, they are clean, perfectly located, beachy, and in a fun resort. We love wild dunes and the IOP area. This condo was very clean, has an amazing ice maker in the freezer, and has on ocean view. We can’t wait to go back—I’d definitely stay in this unit again.

Location and view great but unit is very old and needs some TLC!

Overall the view, location and surroundings were great. The unit is in terrible need of an update. Blinds were broken, very old furnishings. It really looks like unit has not had any updates in at least 30 years. The bathroom tile and shower head have been updated though. Kitchen has all the needed supplies and plenty of silverware and cookware. It was clean. The covered porch has a very small table with 4 chairs that are very uncomfortable but we did enjoy our coffee over looking the pool and unrestricted view of the ocean. For the price I would definitely pick a newer more comfortable unit. But we booked last minute and it was over Labor day weekend which was a short stay so we couldn’t be too picky. Love Wild Dunes but the unit has so much more potential with just some TLC.

Overall clean, but some maintenance issues

While the condo was very clean overall, we have several maintenance type issues (fans not working, outlets not working, TV not working, etc.) that weren’t addressed before check in. Hopefully they are addressed before the next guest. The biggest complaint is the furniture was worn and dirty.

Great View

This unit has a great view and is equipped and has all you need for vacation. Easy access to the beach and pool. The unit does need some updating and repairs throughout the condo. Overall, we always enjoy our stay at Wild Dunes and the loctation is great!

Exceeded my expectations---Beautiful

We were very surprised when we saw the beautiful view of the ocean from the 2nd floor. The floor plan was perfect for the 2 of us along with nicely decorated rooms. Very clean and well kept. Quick summer getaway

Property was very nice. Our only complaints was I had to physically go to the office for check in and all they gave us was a code for the property. That was frustrating. Reservations and confirmation was automated so why not check in?

Comfortable Stay

We felt at home - comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I would mention is that it’s on the second floor with no elevator. This was not a problem for us - good workout hauling luggage. The one pool we spent a little time at was nice. It’s near the playground area which looked like a nice place for kids. It was quiet when we were there. I would certainly stay here again.

Lovely condo in a lovely location

Lovely condo in a lovely location. The only problem was the VERY uncomfortable sofa bed. Thankfully we only had three of us staying, so the third person could sleep on the couch.
