Great Beachfront Apartment

We had a great stay at Niceflat Jesolo. The best thing was the location, it was fantastic, we could not have asked for more. It was right on the beach with a private beach area and our own chairs, sunbed and umbrella. Our daughter loved playing there and with the toys from the apartment. There was also a kiosk nearby to buy food, drinks, ice creams etc. Between the private beach area and main beach there was a walkway which was great if you wanted to go for a stroll or run. There were many nearby bars, restaurants, food & fashion shops. The apartment airconditioning worked well which was needed as it was very hot when we stayed. The cooking facilities were fairly basic but ideal for breakfast and lunch for us and we ate out most of the time anyway. There was a washing machine which we used a few times and a fairly large freezer which was great for ice. There are good transport links and we would catch the line 23 (Number 5 bus) to Punta Sabbioni for the ferry to Venice or into the centre of Jesolo where there was loads of things to see and do. The host was very communicative. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.

It was such a great week in Jesolo, absolutly amazing view from appartament, really few steps for the beach. Thank you Michele. Only price is for us high, that's why for next year we have to look for other place.

Ideal location for a family beach holiday

The apartment is an ideal location for a family beach holiday , its exactly as advertised and provides all the accomodation you need for a family of 4-6 people; if you plan to do a lot of cooking then the kitchen won't be for you , for us it was ok as we ate out every night and just had breakfast and snacks in the apartment. There is a snack hut right on the beach that the kids used a lot. The dedicated loungers and umbrella in the private beach area are great - there are also loungers and umbrellas on the beach for the apartments - so there's no fighting for a beach space. The beach and sea are ideal for kids. The resort is very lively and has loads of bars , restaurants , amusements , crazy golf , ping pong and other attractions to keep you busy at night. The ferry to visit Venice from Punta Sabbioni is a 20-25 min drive away (there is also a bus service) , the ferry takes about 30 mins to get to Venice and tickets cost 20 euro for adults and 14 euro for kids and that ticket lets you use all the waterbuses in Venice. We had a great holiday here and would recommend it.

Top Laage, schöne Terrasse direkt am Strand. Viel Platz. Die Einrichtung ist aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Schöner Urlaub.

Im Ergebnis gut

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, nur ein Fußgängerweg zum Strand. Es gibt viele gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Die Klimatisierung der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut geschnitten, ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Als Folge hat es Mißverständnisse gegeben. Gleich am ersten Tag ist der Wasserschlauch im Bad kaputt gegangen. Es gab anschließend unnötige nicht sehr angenheme Kommunikation mit Eigentümerin. Es wurde unter Berufung auf Aussage der rumänischen männlich aussehenden Putzkraft unterstellt, es sei alles in Ordnung gewesen. Im Ergebnis haben wir den Schlach selbst gekauft und ausgewechselt. Die Eigentümerin hat anschließend den Ersatz von 6,50 € vorgeschlagen, worauf wir allerdings verzichtet haben. Nach Auszug meinte die Eigentümerin, es sei noch ein Fuß an der Sofa beschädigt. Ein Anspruch wurde aber nicht geltend gemacht.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung um total zu relaxen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt geeignet um den Strand zu genießen. Die Terrasse grenzt direkt an den Privatstrand an, welcher durch einen Zaun und ein Türchen vom öffentlichen Strand getrennt ist. Dadurch ergibt sich eine ganz eigene private Atmosphäre. Die Anlage wird täglich gesäubert und aufgeräumt. Dadurch ist sie sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist optimal für Familien mit Kindern geeignet, da die Kinder jederzeit auch in die Wohnung gehen können, wenn sie keine Lust mehr zum Spielen am Strand haben. Ein weiters Plus ist, dass die eigenen sanitären Anlagen jederzeit genutzt werden können. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

La cosa che mi ha colpito di più é che praticamente apri la porta e sei in spiaggia. La casa è attrezzatissima per chi come me ha due bimbi piccoli ( dal riduttore per il wc, al lettino da campeggio, alle spondine per il letto , ecc...) Il proprietario Michele é molto disponibile e gentile.
