We made the reservations months ago. We chose this hotel for the pool for our children. When we arrived they told us the pool is closed and that the supervisor told them to guest who complained about it to get over it. Also, all the ice machines did not work and housekeeping came to our room 3 times in the morning. We will not be staying here again.

Ok room. Loud heating system that woke me up frequently with a banging noise. Bed was comfortable. Pool and hot tub were both out of order. I did find that the hotel DID post this on the listing. All the way at the bottom.
