Hale Kuilima: Condo on the Golf Course at Turtle Bay

Our bright and breezy Kuilima West condo is located steps away from Turtle Bay Resort, Lei Lei's restaurant, walking trails, golf, and the beautiful beaches of Oahu's North Shore. With two Tempur-Pedic king beds and AC in all bedrooms and the living room, you can enjoy your time inside as much as out. Our space is family-friendly with a beach-modern vibe, decorated with pieces by local artists. We are excited to share our home with you - it truly is the best place to stay on the North Shore!

Discover the beauty of Oahu's North Shore, from the miles of sparkling coastline to the serene sunsets over the ocean. This is Hale Kuilima, your island home away from home.

Haiku fans and AC keep you cool when the island breeze isn't blowing; room-darkening curtains and white noise machines in every bedroom make it easy to snooze after the day's adventures. Upstairs, away from the hustle and bustle of the living room/kitchen is a Tempur-Pedic king-sized bed in one room; two sets of bunk beds (the kid's room) with full-sized mattresses on the bottom in the other room; and a full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has another Tempur-Pedic split king bed with a power base for getting comfy while reading or watching a movie. A queen-sized bed and a custom-made monkeypod desk are in the den for those who need to check in on the office or just escape to surf the web.

The kitchen comes fully-equipped with new appliances and cookware, so you can cook delicious family meals when you aren't enjoying one of the many restaurants onsite or nearby. We also have a coffee machine and Keurig so you can catch the sunrise on the beach with a coffee in hand. The living room has a large sofa and armchairs, and is stocked with board games and Hawaii-themed movies - perfect for enjoying an evening in... or gather on the patio to enjoy the warm tropical evenings.

Feel free to use our beach chairs and toys for the keiki - we even have a wagon to bring it all with you! When it's time to come home, rinse off salt and sand in the refreshing hot/cold outdoor shower.

Pools and tennis are steps away and free for guests. Best of all, you are away from the city and free to enjoy the miles of beaches, lovely golf course views, and Turtle Bay resort life.

* We have many baby items on hand and available free of charge. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like a highchair, pack n play or bassinet, infant tub, Lovevery play gym for babies, or baby dish drying rack.

* Larger groups: please inquire - we have good relationships with many neighbors who have rental listings and we are happy to work with you to coordinate nearby rentals so you and your friends/family can rent units within walking distance.

Host is wonderful! Such a good communicator which made our stay that much better. We loved the condo and it felt roomy for four adults, using three bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and appreciated the baby and kid friendliness. We watched our 4 grandkids, ages 6-9 months and it was great to have the Keiki plates, cups, silverware. Ritz Turtle Bay is a short walk and fun to go look around in. Our favorite food was plate lunch from Ted’s Bakery, a 10 min drive down Kam Hwy. Don’t miss their Chocolate Haupia Pie. Highly recommend the condo!!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was in great shape and worked out perfectly for our group of 9 adults, 1 youth, and 1 infant. The owner even provided a bassinet for the 6-week old infant. The owner was very responsive to any question we had. The owner was even helpful in returning some items we realized had accidentally been left behind. Luckily, we were on the island for a couple more days.

We spent Christmas with kids and grandkids on the North Shore. There we 10 of us and we had plenty of space. The beach was close enough to walk, even without little ones complaining. Allegra was fantastic to deal with, very thoughtful, and very accommodating. She even had a Christmas tree set up for us with ornaments. It made for such wonderful Christmas memories. The accommodations had everything you could possible need, from details in the condo to a wagon, a yeti cooler and beach toys and snorkeling gear for the beach. I highly recommend the property!!

Family Holiday with 3 Generations

We’ve stayed at Turtle Bay numerous times so knew it would be a great stay. This was the largest condo we’ve ever chosen and was perfect for kids and adults to all have their own space. We had the full 10 people and worked perfectly. Well stocked and super close walk up to the Turtle Bay beach and restaurants.

Beautiful as always!

We have stayed at this rental three times and each time is always amazing! Comfy beds, air conditioning in all rooms, access to beaches, hiking, golf, horseback riding, biking, surfing, pickleball and a pool on site to name a few benefits. Just like a home away from home with 4 large bedrooms, spacious living room and full kitchen with outside patio area. I would recommend to anyone visiting the north shore as it is central to visit many beaches and partake in many activities like surfing, snorkelling, golfing, hiking, etc. and turtle bay resort area is beautiful. Don’t have to leave to get the true sense of Hawaii! Incredible restaurants on site as well! Mahalo to Allegra for going above and beyond to help us out when we left a few things behind. Thank you AGAIN!

Family vacation

There were ten of us in our group ages 15 to 79 & this property worked great for us. We had a few issues but they were all taken care of right away. A new barbecue was brought over when we had a problem with the one that was there. We all enjoyed the pools, pickle ball, golf, & all the great ocean toys. The location was great & we would highly recommend this clean, comfortable place

Great unit for family stay

The unit is part of the Turtle Bay Resort complex. the grounds are secure and immaculately groomed. Easy walks on groomed trails to several beaches. It wa nice to take advantage of some of the hotel amenities such as restaurants, bars and the golf courses. Very close to many world famous surfing beaches, local restaurants, food trucks and hikes. The unit was in excellent condition and the host thought of everything that enhanced our stay. All the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, snorkels, ice chest and face masks you could need. A great spot for our family ranging in age from 2 to 75. Would love to come back again and don't hesitate to recommend it. Mahalo to the host!

Excellent Host, Great Location

My wife and I love Turtle Bay and we wanted to share our North Shore experience with our family, including our 5-month old granddaughter. Our host, Allegra, was wonderful, thoughtful, responsive, accommodating, and truly reflected the Ohana spirit. She bent over backwards to ensure that our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed for a week to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Our group (9 family members total) ranged from a 1-year-old to 77-years-old and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo surpassed our expectations in every way. It was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and provided a perfect space for us to be together. We’ve stayed at various condos at Turtle Bay and this has been the best one by far. It’s very close to the hotel (less than a 5 minute walk) and we took our granddaughter in the wagon provided every day. The beach chairs and umbrella were also awesome to have. We appreciated everything about it and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Condo

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful north shore condo. The location is great, it is a very short walk to Turtle Bay Resort, and a short drive to Haleiwa and great north shore beaches and restaurants. The condo was very clean and had every comfort of home you could ask for. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us to spread out. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and really everything you could need. We really appreciated all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and wagon for our beach trips! This place really had it all and our whole group commented on how it was the perfect place to stay. Thank you so much for hosting us and we hope to come back!

Amazing family vacation

Allegra was the most amazing host. She was great with communication before, during and after our stay. She went above and beyond to pick up some special item for us and have them in the fridge for our arrival. The condo had everything we could have thought of - well stocked kitchen, toiletries in case we forgot, beach toys, wagon, plenty of pillows, extra sheets, etc. the Tory toilets were a nice surprise and now we all want one lol! Loved having our extended family here for a week of pure paradise! :) We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our family getaway

This accommodation was perfect for our extended, multi-generational family get away. Plenty of space for our group of 9 to spread out. Easy walk to pools and the beach. Perfect down to the last detail

Amazing property at Turtle Bay! We took our son and some friends for a senior trip and loved our stay. Allegra was so accommodating and communication was so great. Property was clean and I loved the attention to detail. The boys loved looking for the gecko stickers! Fully stocked with towels and beach gear. Short walk to the beach and other fun activities. Check in was a breeze. Can't say enough positive things about this place. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing property

What you see is what you get. It's an amazing property. Very clean, modern, and stylish. My family of 6 were so comfortable at this property. It was clean and spacious. The location is great; it's a 5 min walk to the beach. And Allegra couldn't have been more gracious. She set us up very well with lots of information to prepare us for enjoying her home and our vacation. She even went above and beyond to pick up a very special item that I ordered so that it would be in the home when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again. My family raved about the property.

Clean, central and fabulous!

Property is beautiful, clean and central for exploring the north shore. Beds are extremely comfortable and having 4 bedrooms was perfect for our group. The condo is equipped with everything we needed, plus beach supplies, extra food prep things and storage containers you may need. The pool was in a perfect location and a nice size to swim and play in or relax in the sun. The complex is quiet and the golf course right outside the unit was very appreciated for the golfers in the group. Hiking on the many beaches around the area was great, not having to pack up and drive elsewhere. This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first. Thank you Allegra for sharing this beautiful condo with our family! Mahalo!

Fabulous Experience

The property not only represented what was portrayed but exceeded all expectations. It was well stocked with every need from paper goods to towels (bath and beach) to sand toys and chairs. Perfect place for a small work team retreat

Our small work team is comprised of two married couples and four singles. This condo was the perfect space for us to hold meetings, eat together, and "hang out." It was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The golf course next door, the short walk to the Turtle Bay beaches in a quiet and luxurious neighborhood provided delightful outdoor activities. The surrounding area offered many local relaxing attractions and activities. We also had really good communication with the owner, who provided everything we needed.
