We are legal Short Term Rental, in a resort zoning

The unit is on the second floor; beautiful golf course view. Kitchen fully equipped for your convenience. Very spacious dining and living areas with a private lanai overlooking the beautiful Palmer golf course. The loft is spacious and has its own private full bathroom. Close to many beautiful beaches!

You will be provided with a gate code. Gatefob will be available, in the unit, for your use during your stay.
Drive in and take the first left, look for parking stall 146.Additional cars must park on designated Guest parking stalls, and require guest pass. Please call security (available 24/7) for a guest pass.
Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am.
When returning from the beach, please remove sand from your feet, legs and short pockets before entering.

Sitting on 880 acres of beachfront property, the resort includes white sand beaches, miles of walking trails along untouched coastline, 2 championship golf courses, casual & fine dining, live entertainment, surfing lessons, snorkeling, day spa, horseback riding, and helicopter tours. World famous surfing beaches such as Pipeline and Waimea Bay, the Polynesian Cultural Center, old Haleiwa town are just a 10 - 15 minute drive away. The townhouse sits along the Palmer golf course with views of the golf and redwood trees. Two swimming pools, two tennis courts, and BBQ areas along with a parking stall are for your use at no extra charge. Enjoy a wonderful vacation in one of the most beautiful and magical places in the world!

Two Weeks In Turtle Bay
Check in/out process was flawless and easy to understand. Unit was just as described. Comfortable, clean, quiet and easy to access. Good location - close to lots of good beaches for kids and adults (Hukilau, Castles, Pounders, Sunset, Pipeline, Waimea Bay, etc) and not too far from Haleiwa, Kaneohe and other shopping/dining/entertainment destinations.

Awesome stay in Turtle Bay!
Family 4- mom, dad, 21 y.o. son and 17 y.o son- our first trip to Oahu. We had a fantastic time and this condo was a great home-base. Very clean upon our arrival and as-advertised. Kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed to cook our breakfasts. Living room was comfortable and the balcony was our main hangout. All beds were very comfortable. Nice having 3 bathrooms and the showers worked well. Private parking lot with our own reserved space. Great location for our morning and evening hikes- great trails in Turtle Bay! Close to great beaches. North Shore/Turtle Bay is a wonderful location to avoid the big city crowds yet enjoy the beautiful scenery, sunsets, beaches, food trucks and hikes. Thanks to Helena and her team for a tremendous accomodation and stay. We will be calling again on our next trip.

It is a good place but the issues that we had are: Out of 3 showers only one was hot enough for shower; window ACs were very loud; sofa and chairs were dirty.

Wonderful Townhouse and Stay
It was our first time in Hawaii and we were not disappointed! The Townhouse was in the perfect location and had everything we needed for the beach. (beach chairs, bodyboards) The inside was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would we stay here again if we came back? We honestly wouldn't hesitate! It really was a great place to stay!

Great Stay!
Perfect week for us! Property was much nicer than pictured from the outside. I was concerned about stairs with my 90 year old mom, but they were well spaced and railing on each side so she traveled up and down them without issue. Our whole family was staying in condos as my niece was getting married and ours was the overall favorite due to the 3 full baths. It was a game changer. We all bbq’d at the pool (25of us) and had a great time. Tons of bbq space on the grill, but no cover so we threw some tin foil on top of the meat and it worked. Great evening. My only complaint was the kitchen table didn’t look clean when we arrived and the kitchen cupboards were sticky, so I cleaned them all upon arrival. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Balcony was great for us too. No beach umbrella and that would have been helpful but we borrowed from my sister’s condo. Would definitely rent this condo again. Host was responsive 😊

Condo was clean and conveniently located for north shore activities. Only issue was limited hot water. Never knew of there was going to be hot water or not.
