A104 is a beautiful oceanfront deluxe unit offering 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy breathtaking ocean and sunset views from the spacious covered lanai, located just steps from the sandy beach. Recent renovations include brand-new tile flooring, updated kitchen appliances, and elegant granite countertops throughout.

The spacious living room is comfortably furnished and features a sofa sleeper that accommodates two guests, along with a large flat-screen television. For maximum privacy, the bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the unit.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a newly renovated walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms provide private access to the main lanai.

This non-smoking, ground-floor unit is easily accessible and is located just a few steps down to the front entrance.

**Guests staying at Mauna Lani Terrace A104 may enjoy complimentary access during their stay to the Mauna Lani Wellness Center and Tennis Club, which features a fully equipped fitness center, lap pool, large gym, locker rooms, five tennis courts (including three lighted courts), and four pickleball courts. Spacious, clean and easy

We usually go to Maui but wanted to try something new... Our planning was a bit late for one of the peak holiday weeks, so not much to choose from. We selected Mauna Lani Terraces because of a recommendation from a friend. We selected this particular unit because it had 2 separate beds in the 2nd bedroom which was what we needed for our kids. The 2-1/2 bathrooms was a plus. The main room was very spacious. The entire unit was clean and well-stocked with kitchen equipment. Very much enjoyed the covered patio area, but definitely use the screen doors to keep the critters out.
