"Our room was suppose to be ready at 3 got there at 4ish and not ready got an upgrade , thank you staff . The pool area can definitely use an upgrade. pool was fill with dead bees, room was okay, sofa was ripped there was a lot of “random” stains on lamps walls & doors."
