"From the time we were picked up in the van at the airport, the customer service was absolutely off the charts! We had first stayed in a different chain/hotel so our expectations were low based on that experience. Let’s just say from having cold water and wi-fi in the van- all the way to the breakfast buffet bringing a hot latte- nothing could have been done better. South Africa is not particularly safe (according to the residents) but they were even willing to walk with us to the bank around the corner to take out money from the ATM! Phenomenal! We will stay again if ever our travels take us to SA!"
