Welcome to captivating views of the ocean ideal for unwinding and unpluging from reality. You are sure to recapture your island soul and fulfill all your tropical fantasies here. This delightful and cozy family retreat offers magnificent views, a soothing hot tub and is the perfect spot for finding your zen and casting your cares away. Located in a small, manufactured home community called "Bone Island'', this home is but a brief 10-15 minute Uber ride to all the excitement that is Key West and the famous Duval Street. Enjoy being a close to some of the best food, such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Travel over to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
This home has all the basic amenities you'll need to relax under the tropical sky and enjoy all the creature comforts you expect. After a day of adventures in the salty waters, come home to this perfect retreat. Settle down on your cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite tv shows (cable tv and wifi included) and cook your fresh catch of the day in the well stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The primary bedroom features a brand new king size bed. The second bedroom features a twin/trundle that sleeps 2. For additional sleeping, the sleeper sofa in the living rooms pulls out to a queen bed. The hall bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Park your boat on the private dock for your entire stay, fish off the dock and enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean. Then wash the day off in the hot tub and grill up your fresh catch of the day! Trailer parking is not included (see PARKING below). Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles. Go for a guided or private kayak tour nearby, or have kayaks delivered through our concierge service. Swimming off the dock is not recommended due to boat traffic and strong currents.
**Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are not provided, but our concierge service will be happy to assist you with arranging for rentals to be delivered for your stay!
***The dock is 24 feet in length. Due to extreme tide fluctuation please refer to your tide charts for boating and dockage depths.

There is one private parking spot included with your stay. Trailer parking is not included.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Gate entry code not provided, random Uber driver picking up someone provided code, host later texted the code saying they forgot. Not technically Key West, is Stock Island. Property text to trailer park. Outside area was messy and unappealing. Abandoned boat in the water. Sofa was broken and uncomfortable. No blinds for back patio door. Assigned parking was under the house, and barely large enough to accommodate car, SUV would not have been possible. Advertised with a beautiful beach area, this did not exist. Seemed overpriced in our opinion, a hotel room would have been a much better choice for us. It was nice having a full kitchen, laundry, and two bedrooms.

Great Key West Spot

Good location from KW. Close to good restaurants and grocery store.Property was clean and as described in listing. Management was friendly and helpful. No issues at all with our stay. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to KW.

Good, a little rough around the edges

This house needs a little TLC! Photos are hung with broken frames and the hot tub didn’t work when we were there. Outlets are missing and the couch is on the last leg. Great spot though with beautiful view.

Key West Vacation

We just needed a place for a couple of nights so that we could make the day trip to Dry Tortugas NP. This fit the bill! It wasn’t fancy but we felt safe and were easily able to fit our family of 5. But I wouldn’t have stayed for longer than 2 nights as we would’ve been cramped. We had everything we needed and all the necessary instructions ahead of time. And the view off of the back deck was pretty incredible! Also, if you don’t have a sound machine, be prepared for a rooster alarm clock!

As a mom I liked the cleanliness of kitchen, basic supplies, clean sponge, dish soap etc. it was very cute place. Perfect for three people! Location was good to get to Key West. Stock Island has several good restaurants we didn’t get to try them.all. Had fun using bikes to bike to Starbucks! Beds are comfortable.

Nice little place

Stay was fun and place was clean. Could use a little improvement. Couch was u comfortable and coffeetable broken. The bikes def need some attending to. The table outside is very nice but a little too high; needs adjusting. Hot tub was wonderful and it was quiet for sleeping.

Great place in a very convenient location! Pull out couch isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world, but it sleeps. Super clean, super easy check in (was even able to get in early) and a great price!

Great Place on the Water!

We spent Thanksgiving week with family at this cute little house. Many of the reviews comment about the neighborhood, but we felt safe and even met some neighbors. The houses are on top of one another but with the privacy fence, it doesn't feel like it.The house feels like new construction but the pictures no longer match what is inside (now has a bigger TV, window furnishings are different, etc.). It was fun riding the bike around the island but I would have really appreciated the kayaks pictured as the harbor is great for exploring.We paid extra to be able to use the hot tub and it was well worth it! It was not maintained while we were there as promised by the management company but we got by. Anything that uses batteries (remotes, clocks, detectors, etc.) needs to be replaced. I did some of them with what I had.

Good location. Hogfish is a good restaurant with good seafood and good service, a short walk away. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was mostly quiet. A rooster would/will wake you every morning. We stayed while Helene was making her debut, but there were no problems or destruction.

Pleasant stay

Nice/cute rental for the price. Neighborhood is a little unsightly, but didn’t feel overwhelming. It’s what you could expect at a nightly rate that you pay. Waterfront access/view was great. Only issue was the post lists the second bedroom as having 2 twin beds. It actually was a twin bed with trundle bed underneath. I would have appreciated this being stated in the listing, so expectations met reality. Other than that, would stay again.
